The ability to personalize at scale is what makes ON24 great. That’s why we keep on making updates that empower marketers to easily set up, connect with, and provide high-value accounts and audiences with a true white-glove experience.
This release enhances the personalization capabilities in both ON24 Content Hub and personalized landing pages. Let’s take a look at what is coming to both products now.
Dynamic Logo Display

Dynamic Logo Display is now available for all users in Content Hubs and Nurture Pages
A few notes about Dynamic Logo Display:
-
- For known audience visitors: Based on the email address domain used during registration
- For unknown audience visitors: Based on the IP address if a generic email address was used during registration
- If IP address detection has not recognized the company information of the audience, only one logo will be displayed.
- Internet service providers will be excluded/blacklisted in the IP address detection process.
- Users can manually modify the URL parameter to add a second logo of a specific company by appending a parameter for the second logo ?domainid=example.com at the end of the URL where example.com is the domain name of the company for the secondary logo. Adding the parameter manually to the URL will supersede the IP address detection and known user’s domain name detection.
If two logos are enabled, users can select the separator between the logos which could be:
-
- None (blank space)
- Ampersand (&)
- Vertical bar (|)
- Plus sign (+)
- Cross mark (x)
Personalization Tokens
If content personalization is configured, personalized categories and content will be displayed to all registered visitors possessing registration data matching one or more tags, and hidden/removed for anonymous users on:
-
- Content Hub Home Page
- Content Hub navigation bar
- Category Group Pages
- Search Page (content that belongs to personalized categories will not be returned in the search results for anonymous and non-applicable registered users)
- Saved Searches Page
- Subscription Email and Saved Search Email Updates (content that belongs to personalized categories will not be included in the email updates for anonymous and non-applicable registered users)
It’s easy to configure personalized messaging tokens in the Admin panel once enabled. Adjacent to many of the text fields, you’ll find a small “T” drop-down, from which you can choose the type of token for message personalization.
Below is the list of locations where tokens can be placed:
-
- Tools Page (applicable to all CTAs)
- Title
- Button Label
- Body Text
- Design Page
- Category Group Description
- Category Description
- Content Page
- Category Names
- Category Group Names
- Content abstract
LIVE NOW Tags in Nurture Pages

We brought live content to Content Hub. Today, we are thrilled to bring that same LIVE NOW functionality to Nurture Pages to help marketers address their latest challenges and needs.
You can now host both on-demand and live content directly in Nurture Page content experiences, allowing you to show all of your best webinars, videos, and on-demand content in one central destination.
Any upcoming webinar that is added to a Nurture Page content experience will transition to a LIVE NOW state, provided the toggle is turned on in the Styling section. After the event is complete, the LIVE NOW tag will be removed and the webinar will be made available on demand.
ON24 Go Live Auto-Record and Event Replay

We know there’s a lot to do when preparing for an event, from finalizing your slides to getting your talk track just right. Sometimes, in the heat of the moment, pressing “Record” before you start presenting is the least of your worries.
In that vein, we’re making it easier for presenters to auto-record Go Live sessions.
Admins can now enable and disable automatic recording, as well as a new interface for accessing event replay content. The end result is a more engaging experience for your audience before, during and after your big event.
Replays include all recorded (and published) sessions with an event, allowing audiences to relive keynotes, breakouts, and your ON24-powered webinars.
Go Live Reporting Enhancements
The team has also improved reporting in Go Live. We rolled out new improvements to our Go Live Audience reports to provide more insights on your event’s registrants, attendees, and no-shows.
The new Go Live Intelligence provides full-detail reporting for each of the sessions in your Go Live events. The detail in this report includes full audience data for the session and complete details on all responses to the poll questions given in the session.
The Session Dashboard shows details for all of the attendees in the session. There will be a row in the table for each lead that attends the session. By default, the data provided for each attendee will include:
-
- Name – The name of the attendee. Click on the attendee name to open the ON24 Prospect Engagement Profile for that lead. Note that the Prospect Engagement Profile requires that the ON24 account have the Advanced Reporting and Analytics package.
- Email – The email address for the attendee.
- Minutes Attended – The total minutes that this attendee viewed this session.
- Last Visit Date – The data and time that this attendee last joined the session.
There is a lot more to unpack in both of these releases. For more, check out the Go Live Release Notes and Content Hub and Nurture Page Release Notes.
