Carbon emissions
We’re committed to reporting our emissions data regularly, so our customers and stakeholders have clear visibility into our progress and where we’re working to improve. We continue to assess opportunities to reduce emissions across our operations and strengthen our broader sustainability efforts.
To measure our greenhouse gas emissions, we use third-party software and apply methodologies from the Greenhouse Gas Protocol’s Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard and Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Accounting and Reporting Standard.
Privacy & data protection
ON24 prioritizes privacy, data protection, and responsible data handling across its business and platform operations. When ON24 processes personal data on behalf of clients, it does so in accordance with client agreements and instructions, supported by dedicated legal, privacy, and information security teams that oversee compliance, support data subject requests and opt-outs, and monitor evolving regulatory requirements.
ON24 is also committed to helping customers navigate applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA, and provides additional information through its Privacy Center, Online Privacy Policy and the Platform Privacy Policy.
This commitment is reinforced by layered technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, data, and services. ON24 maintains high-availability architecture, service-layer redundancy, and enterprise-grade DDoS protection, and supports its program through independent SOC 2 Type II audits, annual external penetration testing, and certifications under ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27701:2019, and APEC PRP.
Privacy and security awareness are embedded across the organization through mandatory onboarding and annual training for employees and contractors with system access. Ethics and human rights
ON24 continues to provide employees with training that reinforces ethical and secure business practices, including our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, information security awareness, privacy and data protection, and anti-bribery. This training is delivered at onboarding and annually thereafter, while harassment prevention training is provided at hire and every two years.
ON24 is also committed to engaging in business practices that combat slavery and human trafficking and to promoting transparency across the business. ON24 employees, along with Cvent employees, contractors, and other stakeholders, can raise workplace or ethical concerns, including suspected violations of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, anonymously and confidentially through the Cvent Ethics Hotline.
Sustainability assessment
We undergo a thorough assessment of our business sustainability practices through EcoVadis, a global leader in business sustainability assessments. The EcoVadis assessment includes 21 sustainability criteria across four core themes: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement.
In April 2026, ON24 completed its final standalone EcoVadis assessment, earning a Committed Badge. As part of the Cvent family, ON24’s sustainability performance will now be reflected going forward in Cvent’s EcoVadis assessment, rather than a separate ON24 assessment.
