Sharat Sharan
Founder, President and CEO
Sharat is an experienced internet executive and passionate entrepreneur with extensive leadership in the technology industry. He leads a global team of employees at ON24 on a mission to help businesses of all sizes and across industries succeed in the era of digital engagement. Through webinar, virtual event, and multimedia experiences, ON24 provides a system of engagement for audiences to choose and accelerate their own buying journeys. B2B companies then turn that engagement and interest into actionable insights, which enable businesses to scale personalization, conversion, and pipeline to drive revenue growth. Previously, Sharat served as vice president of Hearst New Media and Technology, as well as the group vice president of Hearst New Media Group, where he co-founded Hearst’s internet media business and built some of the first and largest B2C internet media businesses. Before Hearst, Sharat was in executive roles at AT&T Wireless Systems during mobility’s nascent stage and began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories. He holds an MBA from The Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, a master’s degree in computer science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Bachelor of Science in electronics engineering from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.

Steve Vattuone
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Vattuone has more than 25 years of experience in leading financial and operational organizations at enterprise software, SaaS, and technology companies which were both publicly traded and privately held. Prior to becoming ON24’s CFO, Steve served at ON24’s VP of Finance, the CFO of Electric Cloud, the CFO of Composite Software, and held leadership roles at industry leading companies such as Micromuse, Macrovision, Organic, Inc., Brio Software, and Grass Valley USA, LLC. Steve started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a CPA (inactive) in the State of California. Steve is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Jim Blackie
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer, Jim Blackie is responsible for driving ON24’s revenue growth strategy and execution. He has more than 20 years of experience leading and building world-class sales organizations across a variety of industries. Jim has led large national sales teams at both Gartner and TriNet and built a global sales and marketing team at LRN. He holds a BS in Marketing from Santa Clara University.

Jayesh Sahasi
Executive VP, Products and CTO
With over 30 years of experience, Jayesh Sahasi is a pioneer in developing applications for streaming media over the internet. In his role , Jayesh oversees ON24′s product vision, strategy, usability and design. He manages the development and execution of the product roadmap and leads the engineering organization. Jayesh holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business, a master’s in Artificial Intelligence, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Steven Long
Chief Information Officer
Steven Long is a seasoned Chief Information Officer with extensive experience optimizing cloud-based technology infrastructure, overseeing SaaS applications, and prioritizing data security. At ON24, he manages the network operations and information security teams, ensuring a secure and scalable foundation for the company’s digital engagement platform. Previously, Steven held key leadership positions at Cisco/AppDynamics, Green Dot Corporation, TiVo Corp., eHarmony.com and America Online, where he led enterprise technology strategies, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives. He holds a BS in Business Administration from The George Washington University.

May O'Neal
Chief Human Resources Officer
May is a strategic HR executive with over 20 years of experience as the head of HR, transforming organizations through people-first leadership. Before joining ON24, she served as Chief People Officer at Varo Bank where she helped scale the organization through rapid growth to become the first fintech to secure a national banking charter as an all-digital consumer bank in the US and at WageWorks, where she played a key role in the IPO, numerous acquisitions, and building a strong workplace culture. She also was the Head of Global HR at Zilog, guiding the company’s return to the public markets while overseeing global teams across the US, Europe, and Asia. May holds an MS in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago, a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has earned SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and has served on the HRPS Board of Directors (now part of SHRM) and the NCHRA Governing Board, where she was Past President.

Alex Saleh
Chief Operations Officer
Alex Saleh has over 20 years of experience leading Sales, Pre-Sales, and Operations teams in enterprise software, services, and SaaS companies. His tenure includes leadership positions at both private and publicly traded companies in a variety of industries. Alex’s previous positions include Vice President of Sales at Convergys Learning Solutions, Vice President of Global Sales Operations at SuccessFactors, and COO of Cloud Sales at SAP. Alex holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.

Bill Weesner
Chief Legal Officer
As Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer, Bill oversees legal affairs globally for ON24. Before joining ON24 in 2012, Bill served in various roles at public and private technology companies. Bill also practiced law at Latham & Watkins. He has a JD from UC Davis School of Law and a BA from UCLA.

Mahesh Kheny
Senior Vice President, Engineering
Mahesh Kheny joined ON24 in 2003 and oversees design and development of strategic products. With over 20 years of experience in architecting and managing development of B2B applications for communications, airline, and technology companies, he brings strong leadership and valuable technical expertise to ON24’s flagship products. Prior to ON24, he worked at AT&T Bells Labs, American Airlines (Sabre), and Digital Generation Systems. Mahesh earned an MS in Computer Science from Monmouth University and a BS in Computer Science from Bangalore University.

Abbas Meghjee
Senior Vice President, Global Customer Success and Revenue
Abbas Meghjee is an accomplished executive with a demonstrated history of delivering remarkable results in leadership roles spanning diverse industries. With over two decades of experience, Abbas has consistently excelled in guiding organizations to overcome their business challenges, particularly in the technology, manufacturing, accounting, consulting, financial and life sciences sectors. Two of the organizations where Abbas had significant leadership responsibilities became publicly traded companies. Abbas brings a global perspective to his work, having spent six years leading teams across EMEA and international markets. Prior to his tenure at ON24, Abbas led sales and operations teams at TriNet and Symantec. Abbas’ educational background includes an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and an MFA from Bard College.

Dan Mickwee
Senior Vice President, Americas Sales
Dan Mickwee is responsible for go-to-market strategy and execution in the Americas. Dan has a 25 year track record of building and leading successful go-to-market organizations including deep experience with digital content solutions. Prior to rejoining ON24, Dan was Senior Vice President of the Americas for leading composable content solution provider, Contentful. Dan holds a BS in Marketing from Santa Clara University.

Mark Bornstein
Vice President, Marketing and Chief Evangelist
As Vice President, Marketing and Chief Evangelist for ON24, Mark brings over 20 years of marketing and account management experience with leading brands including Cisco, GE Access (now Avnet) and Compatible Systems. Mark is one of the world’s leading voices for webinar and digital experience marketing and presents at conferences around the globe.

Aimee Dress
Vice President, Global Customer Success
Aimee is the Vice President of ON24’s Global Customer Success team. She has over 20 years of experience working with and supporting enterprise customer relationships, with over 15 years of SaaS-based customer success management and leadership. Leading a global team of customer success managers, including the customer enablement & onboarding teams, she is focused on helping our customers achieve meaningful business outcomes and building relationships.

Matt French
Vice President, Financial Planning and Analyst
As Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, Matt is responsible for strategic planning and operational alignment around ON24’s financial goals. Since joining ON24 in 2012, Matt has also held senior leadership roles in Customer Success and Sales Operations. Prior to ON24, Matt spent 5 years in various corporate finance roles at Cisco Systems and 4 years in Enterprise Software Development at Allstate Insurance. Matt has an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, MS in Computer Science from DePaul University, and BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Daniel Harrison
Vice President, APAC and Japan
Daniel has been in the technology industry for over 25 years with specialties in growing Asia-Pacific commercial teams for US technology companies. Daniel began his career at Oracle as a consultant within their database technology team. His deep technical skills took him to Europe where he worked on a number of high-profile projects, most notably leading the technical team in the National Health Service. Coming back to Australia, Daniel joined RightNow Technologies where he was part of the team during their IPO. During his time at Oracle, Daniel held a number of positions, culminating as General Manager of the Customer Experience Division. He has a B. Commerce, majoring in Information Systems from Western Sydney University.

Jennifer Hornick
Vice President, Professional Services
Jennifer is Vice President of Professional Services for ON24. She has over 20 years of experience leading customer-facing SaaS delivery teams, who are solutions consultants responsible for the successful project management, onboarding, configuration, testing and overall implementation of projects. Prior to ON24, Jennifer led professional services and customer success teams at Lytics, Janrain (acquired by Akamai), Vesta, Xerox, and Lockheed Martin. In all engagements, her number one priority is to get to actionable outcomes that continue to drive excellent customer experiences.

Kenzie Smith
Vice President, Demand Generation
Kenzie is a results-oriented marketing leader experienced in activating marketing teams, programs, and technology to drive revenue. In her role as Vice President of Demand Generation, she establishes customer-centric go-to-market strategies that deliver results, implements and optimizes pipeline generating initiatives, and empowers teams to command the data and results they are driving. Kenzie previously held leadership positions at Wrike and Experity and has consulted for many SaaS marketing organizations on how to build and develop best-in-class demand generation and marketing teams.

Kristyn Thomas
Vice President, Global Platform Support & Integration
Kristyn is the Vice President of Global Platform Support & Integration at ON24, bringing over 20 years of experience in leading global technical support teams for enterprise software and SaaS companies. Her career began with a decade at Microsoft, where she honed her expertise before joining ON24. Kristyn considers her superpower to be translating intricate technical concepts into accessible language for diverse audiences, effectively bridging the gap between technical and layman perspectives. She remains deeply passionate about technology and is dedicated to driving customer success through the adoption and effective use of powerful software.
