    The Senior Platform Support Specialist is responsible for the support of all clients who require assistance using ON24’s Webcast and Virtual Show products and platforms. This person will be able to answer or escalate all questions regarding multiple products, services and platform issues, and facilitate the resolution of questions. The Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for supporting the ON24 clients, so they must have a positive attitude and desire to help others in utilization of the ON24 applications.  


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues received by ticketing system, chat, email and telephone inquiries.
    • Participate on the Emergency Escalation Line during and after hours (staffed 24x7x365)
    • Assist in maintaining the knowledge base of known technical issues and platform information
    • Document tickets / chats managed in the support system for reporting and statistical analysis
    • Provide support for webcast platform as needed.


    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 

    • At least 2 years of work experience in customer technical support answering and managing technical inquiries. 
    • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
    • Experience with CRM applications 
    • Bilingual – Japanese and English speaking highly desired.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

    • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to effectively complete assigned projects within the specified timeline and with minimal oversight.
    • Strong Problem solving skills and the ability to identify issues and either resolve or provide alternatives to meet client needs
    • Positive attitude and a desire to help others resolve problems and issues

    • Strong Excel experience

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Commercial Sales Director will be a key member of ON24’s Acquisition team with tremendous drive, intelligence and capability.      Job Responsibilities

    • The Commercial Sales Director will provide the leadership necessary to scale the Commercial sales team.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    The Solutions Engineer or “SE” is responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to customer & prospect facing representatives in the office and in the field. The goal of the SE is to provide all technical aspects required to win the opportunity.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Write technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and prospect questionnaires. Handle online and face-to-face presentations as required.

    • Assist product development and engineering groups with product requirements definition, beta test programs, and other tasks as needed.

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

    • 4+ years in pre-sales/solutions engineering.
    • Technical Account Management/Sales Experience a plus.
    • A BA/BS degree, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • Previous working knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS), CRM’s, Marketing Automation Systems a plus. Experience selling/supporting SaaS is highly desired.
    • Familiarity with streaming media protocols, audio/video encoding applications, content delivery networks (CDNs), and signal acquisition methodologies, is a strong plus.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join our team to lead and manage Stock Administration. In this role, you will own the administration of our global equity programs and will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR to ensure that processes and roles are aligned to support the Company. The Stock Administrator will also serve as the point of contact for all internal and external inquiries related to equity.

    • Manage all aspects of ON24’s global equity programs including Stock Options, RSUs, and ESPP
    • Ensure that all forms of equity compensation are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan(s) under which they are granted
    • Maintain equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of employees’ data contained in ShareWorks
    • Manage the overall quarterly calendar of various stock administration related activities

    • Design and implement educational sessions, presentations, and communication materials for the global employee base to support understanding of equity programs and policies
    • Collaborate and partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR team members on the design and implementation of new equity programs, reporting, and compliance
    • Prepare and file Section 16 form filings
    • Assist Legal with maintenance of trading blackouts and maintenance of insider roster
    • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance and Legal on the preparation of the annual proxy statement
    • Manage the relationship and work closely with outside service providers, such as our equity systems vendor, transfer agent, and broker service providers

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 8+ years experience with at least 5 years experience as an in-house stock administrator
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) a must
    • Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs and ESPPs
    • Experience with proxy data, Section 16 filings and 10b5-1 plans
    • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters as they relate to equity
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines and collaborate with cross functional teams

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review customer contracts to ensure consistent application of revenue recognition policies in accordance with GAAP.
    • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management and Legal during contract negotiations and provide suggestions and assistance in revenue recognition optimization.
    • Perform contract reviews to determine the appropriate accounting treatment and document conclusions.
    • Prepare SSP analysis of historical sales activities for purposes of proper revenue allocation to multiple element arrangements.
    • Manage system automation and implementation projects.
    • Develop accounting policies.
    • Assist with month-end close deliverables and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses.
    • Prepare technical revenue memos and interface with the Company's external auditors efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage the quarterly reviews and external audits with precision and timely delivery or audit requests.
    • Collaborate with FP&A and Sales to improve visibility to revenue recognition issues or changes that impact forecast precision.
    • Develop training material and provide ongoing training to cross-functional organizations such as Sales, Sales Operations, Order Management, Legal, Professional Services, Customer Support, Business Development and Engineering on revenue related matters.
    • Assist with the development, documentation and implementation of internal controls surrounding the quote-to-cash process.
    • Assist with or lead ad-hoc reporting requests and projects as needed.

     

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required. Big 4 experience and CPA strongly preferred.
    • 15+ years of progressive experience within revenue accounting and operations (~10 years in leadership or management positions).
    • Experience with multi-national public software and SaaS companies.
    • Strong experience in revenue accounting transformation, system migrations, and new system implementations.
    • Experience with Salesforce and Net Suite required. Experience with Rev Pro strongly preferred.
    • Experience reviewing and analyzing customer orders and contracts and related documentation to identify revenue-related issues for proper accounting treatment.
    • Detailed knowledge of ASC 606 and relevant current accounting rules relating to software, SaaS, and services revenue recognition.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with all levels and cross-functionally within the company.

    ON24 is seeking a motivated team member for the role of Credit and Collections Specialist. The Credit and Collections Specialist will work well and thrive in a goal-oriented collections department. We are adding customers every day. This group will focus on process and system improvement projects.  

    This role is high visibility within ON24. The ideal candidate has experience in Credit and Collections, preferably in the software or high-tech industry. The Credit and Collections Specialist should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as the position interfaces directly with our customers as well as our sales and customer success teams.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Communication with customers daily to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
    • Conduct timely research, analysis and decision making for resolution of disputed items, short/over-payments
    • Work with the invoicing team to resolve billing disputes and credit note requests
    • Promote strong working relationships between the Credit & Collection functions and all other internal departments
    • Initiate and maintain complete, accurate and updated records of contacts, collection activities and account reconciliations
    • Ensure new customers are well understood.

    Requirements:
