• Managing email campaigns from production to analytics, through testing and deployment.
  Recommending the best course of action to reach the campaign goals.
• Working closely with the Demand, Growth, Product etc. teams to define optimal email/nurture programs to increase awareness, demand generation and customer retention.
• Providing visibility and insights on results and recommending improvements to increase open rates, click rates, constantly improving deliverability and reducing opt outs.
• Establishing and continuously improving processes to ensure the overall team's effectiveness.
  Staying informed of industry best practices.
• Monitor the success of marketing campaigns through Salesforce, Marketo and analytics platforms to ensure that key performance indicators are met

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS or B2B marketing experience
• Marketo certification is preferred
• Working knowledge of Salesforce with ability to execute reports
• Problem solver with the ability to make recommendations in a structured, professional manner to business stakeholders from varied functions and at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated success collaborating across a global organization, and partnering with people who are experts in their fields
• Strong project management and timeline management skills
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Results-driven and self-starter
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Flexibility & ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
