    The Senior Platform Support Specialist is responsible for the support of all clients who require assistance using ON24’s Webcast and Virtual Show products and platforms. This person will be able to answer or escalate all questions regarding multiple products, services and platform issues, and facilitate the resolution of questions. The Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for supporting the ON24 clients, so they must have a positive attitude and desire to help others in utilization of the ON24 applications.  


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues received by ticketing system, chat, email and telephone inquiries.
    • Participate on the Emergency Escalation Line during and after hours (staffed 24x7x365)
    • Assist in maintaining the knowledge base of known technical issues and platform information
    • Document tickets / chats managed in the support system for reporting and statistical analysis
    • Provide support for webcast platform as needed.


    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 

    • At least 2 years of work experience in customer technical support answering and managing technical inquiries. 
    • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
    • Experience with CRM applications 
    • Bilingual – Japanese and English speaking highly desired.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

    • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to effectively complete assigned projects within the specified timeline and with minimal oversight.

    The Integration Specialist provides support and consulting on the setup, execution, and coordination of integration services for webinars, engagement hubs and virtual environments. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who is comfortable interfacing with clients under fast-paced, time-critical situations and has excellent troubleshooting abilities.

    The VP Customer Success - APAC is accountable for the successful delivery and adoption of ON24’s products and solutions. 

    The primary responsibility for the VP Customer Success – APAC is to provide strategic leadership, and support, for all Customer Success functions in the APAC region.  This includes Customer Success Management, Platform Support, Integration Support, Customer Training and On-boarding, and Services. 

    This role will also be responsible for partnering with other ON24 APAC team leaders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.  This role will also make sure the Customer Success team is tightly aligned with Sales to support renewals, upsells and expansion opportunities.

    The Customer Experience (CX) Data Analyst will work across multiple Customer Success teams to compile and evaluate data to assist in business decisions.  This person will be responsible for managing data sources, ensure their integrity and provide insights and suggestions based on the overall analysis of the various trends.     
     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Work closely with the different groups in the Customer Success team to operate more effectively, create and track metrics across our operations, and share informative actionable insights

    We are looking for a Linux/Ansible System Administrator to help lead the build-out and growth of our Physical and Cloud-based data centers and provide input into the overall architecture for our infrastructure and operations. You will be responsible for installing, supporting, securing, and maintaining the server infrastructure in our data centers as well as monitoring and troubleshooting of the operational environment.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency with RedHat/CentOS Linux environments
      • Bash/Python scripting tasks common in system management applications
      • Installing and Updating Linux RPM packages and compiling from source

      • TCP/IP Networking
    • Experience with NGINX, Apache Web Server, or similar technologies

    STRATEGY

    • Connect field programs with Sales and Demand Generation to maximize overall marketing investments and ensure continuation of prospect/customer journeys

    EXECUTION

    • Create unique, memorable, best in class digital experiences that change the way we engage online. (Pop Ups, User Conferences, Tentpole events, etc)
    • Manage end to end execution of field and digital experience programs using detailed project tracking and fine attention to detail
    • Create templates/repeatable programs for use by the greater marketing team
    • Brief in strategy and kick off programs to partners on the marketing team and cross-functional teams including Sales; present to leadership on occasion
    • Create or refine processes to drive effective and streamlined DX programs

    REPORTING

    • Set targets and goals, define measurement framework, deliver reporting/ROI analysis against event investments
    • Use the ON24 Platform, DOMO and Salesforce reports to track campaign/program performance - update/report to leadership regularly
    • Use data and analytics to draw insights & continually optimize campaigns; inform internal stakeholders of performance (eg: Content, PMM, Product teams)
    • Main business KPIs will be program efficiency and effectiveness in terms of: responses & engagement, contribution to pipeline, acceleration of pipeline, and revenue growth

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS in marketing or related field
    • 5-8 years of digital/field marketing experience in B2B SaaS
    • 3+ years using ON24, integration with Marketo a plus
    • Experienced events manager with strong program management background
    • Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel events or campaigns including video, digital, social, experiential, etc.
    • Deep experience with managing agencies for both virtual and in-person events
    • Ahead of the latest experiential innovations in the industry and are comfortable with taking calculated risks in order to drive impactful experiences
    • Incredibly detail oriented and possess impeccable communication and writing skills, deep PPT skills
    • Deep knowledge of SFDC and Marketo (campaign set up, programs, flows, smart lists, and general segmentation best practices)

    We are looking for a talented GL Accounting Manager to join our Accounting Team.  In the role of GL Accounting Manager, you will assist in managing the daily operations of the general accounting team. You must be hands on and willing to take ownership. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage and work with a cross-functional team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of accountants in their daily responsibilities, review of their work, and invest in their growth
    • Assist in managing the full cycle general ledger financial close process and related activities to ensure complete and accurate financials in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
    • Own sales/use tax administration – manage Vertex returns
    • Review monthly journal entries and reconciliations for areas not limited to GL, AP, fixed assets, accruals, leases, intercompany accounting, consolidations, income tax and credit cards.
    • Drive process improvement and automation efforts to streamline accounting operations.
    • Collaborate and support Financial Planning and Analysis, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and other cross-functional departments
    • Perform analytical reviews, including researching variances between actual monthly expense activities and budget, as needed
    • Assist in system enhancements and upgrades in collaboration with Financial Systems team
    • Performs other related ad-hoc projects, analyses and duties as required

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field – CPA preferred
    • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience between public accounting and industry
    • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
    • Process-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proactive, assertive, and creative approach to problem solving
    • Proficiency in Excel, Netsuite, TaxCentral by Vertex
    • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment with diverse personalities and with employees at all levels of the organization

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join our team to lead and manage Stock Administration. In this role, you will own the administration of our global equity programs and will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR to ensure that processes and roles are aligned to support the Company. The Stock Administrator will also serve as the point of contact for all internal and external inquiries related to equity.

    • Manage all aspects of ON24’s global equity programs including Stock Options, RSUs, and ESPP
    • Ensure that all forms of equity compensation are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan(s) under which they are granted
    • Maintain equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of employees’ data contained in ShareWorks
    • Manage the overall quarterly calendar of various stock administration related activities
    • Liaise with transfer agent as necessary to maintain updated reporting, ensure timely settlement of trades, and assist in execution of trading instructions and other transfer agent activities
    • Design and implement educational sessions, presentations, and communication materials for the global employee base to support understanding of equity programs and policies
    • Collaborate and partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR team members on the design and implementation of new equity programs, reporting, and compliance
    • Prepare and file Section 16 form filings
    • Assist Legal with maintenance of trading blackouts and maintenance of insider roster
    • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance and Legal on the preparation of the annual proxy statement
    • Manage the relationship and work closely with outside service providers, such as our equity systems vendor, transfer agent, and broker service providers
    • Assist with other compensation related projects including annual total rewards processes, special incentives plans, and market related activities

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 8+ years experience with at least 5 years experience as an in-house stock administrator
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) a must
    • Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs and ESPPs
    • Experience with proxy data, Section 16 filings and 10b5-1 plans
    • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters as they relate to equity
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines and collaborate with cross functional teams
    • Equity accounting and tax knowledge

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Responsible for all communications activities directed to the investment community including earnings announcements; Q&A materials; investor conferences; investor visits/analyst days; one-on-one meetings; annual reports and shareholder reports.
    • Develop and maintain an understanding of ON24’s products/services, operations, and customers through ongoing interface and face-to-face visits with executives and managers across the enterprise.
    • Cultivate and define exceptional relationships both internally (Accounting, Finance, Legal and other key executives/functions.) and externally (Key investment communities, including sell-and buy-side analysts, large institutional holders and portfolio and money managers).
    • Analyze and summarize complex internal and operational data in order to provide prospective to senior management and the investor community.
    • Proactively initiate and expand ongoing dialogue with current and potential analysts and investors; educate them on the company’s strategy, business activities, financial performance and key business metrics.
    • Respond to inquiries from investors, equity analysts, and other external constituencies as appropriate.
    • Partner with key members of senior management (CEO, CFO, CMO) on public responses to issues impacting the company’s financial performance. Anticipate market reactions to possible disclosures, and advise accordingly.
    • Lead preparation for and conducting of quarterly earnings calls; actively participate with the legal and finance departments to assure compliance with all securities laws and regulations.

    Who You Are:

    • A proven, trusted leader in the financial community with a stellar reputation based on integrity, credibility and consistency.
    • You have 10-15+ years of experience dealing with investors and a strong track record of creating positive relations with the investor community and Equity Research Analysts.
    • An entrepreneurial and client-minded focus with an ability to perform in a high-pressure environment, ideally in a Software/SaaS firm.
    • A highly collaborative leader, working effectively and efficiently with all functions of the organization.

     What You’ve Done:

    • Have experience managing the investor relations function in a publicly traded company and a proven track record cultivating efficacious relations with the investor community and equity research analysts.
    • Have a breath of experience and knowledge both in financial and business. A proven ability to understand and analyze all aspects of the company’s business plan.
    • Gained a strong understanding of SEC laws and securities disclosure requirements, as well as filing requirements.
    • Developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry.
    • Have a strong understanding of macroeconomics, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.
    • Ideally, you have prior experience in a corporate finance role or as an equity analyst.
