    Position Requirements 

    1. Responsible for the delivery of field, in-studio, and remotely managed production services for 100% Live and On-demand events. 
    2. Consulting with customers about Production Services and assuring they receive the best experience possible. 
    3. Managing third-party production resources globally. 
    4. Lead Pre-production calls to assure clients, vendors and internal teams are aligned. 
    5. Train Production vendors so they are certified on the ON24 platform suite of products. 
    6. Assure video streaming technologies (Wirecast, V-Mix, etc.) are set up correctly and adhere to ON24 best practices. 
    7. Maintain Production Schedules in a timeline driven environment. 
    8. Maintain Production budgets for each project. 
    9. Perform Administrative duties with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Salesforce and Coupa.

    Are you a client-facing Senior Technical Support Representative looking for the next step in your career? Additionally, working knowledge of APIs is required.     Primary Responsibilities  

    • Participate in implementation discussions with clients who have purchased ON24 Connect  
    • Assist in training and educating new and existing customers on integration options for Marketing Automation Platforms and CRMs 
    • Support set-up of integration workflows and field mappings in TIBCO Scribe to implement customers’ integration systems  
    • Assist with SAML SSO Setup for customers so they can quickly log into ON24 products

    Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for the relationship between ON24 and Elite clients. This role is responsible for the effective and successful coordination of setup, implementation, training and maintenance on various ON24 Products and Platforms, as well as partner products and platforms.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Write technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and prospect questionnaires. Handle online and face-to-face presentations as required.

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

    • 4+ years in pre-sales/solutions engineering.
    • Technical Account Management/Sales Experience a plus.
    • A BA/BS degree, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • Previous working knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS), CRM’s, Marketing Automation Systems a plus. Experience selling/supporting SaaS is highly desired.

    Role Overview 

    The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting to generate leads and opportunities for Account Executives in the Sales organization. This is a great opportunity to join ON24’s sales organization and begin the path towards becoming an Account Executive. You’ll be trained to sell our market-leading Webinar-Based Marketing Solutions and will also have access to our Mentorship Program to learn from ON24’s top salespeople.

    Responsibilities:  

    • Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline for the DACH region. 
    • Calling marketing-generated (inbound) leads in primarily $100M+ accounts to qualify and schedule meetings for the Sales 
    • Calling companies (outbound) to schedule meetings for both the Enterprise and SMB Acquisition sales teams. 
    • Miscellaneous tasks such as email campaigns, managing website chat, and other tasks. 

    Skills & Experience:

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join our team to lead and manage Stock Administration. In this role, you will own the administration of our global equity programs and will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR to ensure that processes and roles are aligned to support the Company. The Stock Administrator will also serve as the point of contact for all internal and external inquiries related to equity.

    • Manage all aspects of ON24’s global equity programs including Stock Options, RSUs, and ESPP
    • Ensure that all forms of equity compensation are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan(s) under which they are granted
    • Maintain equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of employees’ data contained in ShareWorks
    • Manage the overall quarterly calendar of various stock administration related activities
    • Liaise with transfer agent as necessary to maintain updated reporting, ensure timely settlement of trades, and assist in execution of trading instructions and other transfer agent activities
    • Design and implement educational sessions, presentations, and communication materials for the global employee base to support understanding of equity programs and policies
    • Collaborate and partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR team members on the design and implementation of new equity programs, reporting, and compliance
    • Prepare and file Section 16 form filings
    • Assist Legal with maintenance of trading blackouts and maintenance of insider roster
    • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance and Legal on the preparation of the annual proxy statement
    • Manage the relationship and work closely with outside service providers, such as our equity systems vendor, transfer agent, and broker service providers
    • Assist with other compensation related projects including annual total rewards processes, special incentives plans, and market related activities

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 8+ years experience with at least 5 years experience as an in-house stock administrator
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) a must
    • Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs and ESPPs
    • Experience with proxy data, Section 16 filings and 10b5-1 plans
    • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters as they relate to equity
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines and collaborate with cross functional teams

    The Order Administration & Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of recurring revenue invoices. This includes verifying contract terms, researching billing discrepancies, and escalating unresolved issues.     • Assist the Manager, Billing and Collections with overseeing the operations of the Billing department while also performing their own duties in Billing.
