    The Senior Platform Support Specialist is responsible for the support of all clients who require assistance using ON24’s Webcast and Virtual Show products and platforms. This person will be able to answer or escalate all questions regarding multiple products, services and platform issues, and facilitate the resolution of questions. The Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for supporting the ON24 clients, so they must have a positive attitude and desire to help others in utilization of the ON24 applications.  


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues received by ticketing system, chat, email and telephone inquiries.
    • Participate on the Emergency Escalation Line during and after hours (staffed 24x7x365)
    • Assist in maintaining the knowledge base of known technical issues and platform information
    • Document tickets / chats managed in the support system for reporting and statistical analysis
    • Provide support for webcast platform as needed.


    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 

    • At least 2 years of work experience in customer support answering and managing technical inquiries. 
    • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
    • Experience with CRM applications 

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

    • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to effectively complete assigned projects within the specified timeline and with minimal oversight.

    The Customer Experience Data Analyst will work across multiple Customer Success teams to compile and evaluate various data to assist in business decisions.  This person will be responsible for managing data sources, ensure their integrity and provide insights and suggestions based on the overall analysis of the various trends.    

    The CX Data Analyst will also lead various efforts on measuring and tracking the customers overall experience with ON24.  

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Work closely with the different groups in the Customer Success team to operate more effectively, create and track metrics across our operations, and share informative actionable insights
    • Manage the Customer Experience Feedback Loop including various Surveys, NPS and other customer inputs to determine areas of improvement
    • Work cross functionally with Product Marketing, Marketing, and Customer Success to collate and trend the overall customer experience.
    • Partner with CS Leadership and cross-functional partners to find opportunities to increase operational trackability, efficiency, and scale our business effectively
    • Leverage metrics to drive insights and influence business decisions
    • Develop a strong prioritization framework to ensure team is focused on highest-value initiatives
    • Ability to frame and break down complex business problems into key components and recommend practical solutions
    • Monitor key performance metrics and use results to help the team be more effective in carrying out their mission of providing high-quality support
    • Develop and support the analytical technologies that give our team timely, flexible, and structured access to their data
    • Build and Automate reports and dashboards in SFDC, Totango or Other systems

    • Work cross-functionally with other departments as a customer advocate, communicate customer pain points and successes

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

    • At least 4 years of CX and/or Data Analyst experience in a high-tech environment.
    • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • Strong Excel experience and experience creating Salesforce Dashboards

    Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for the relationship between ON24 and its clients.     Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO.

    The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and executive management team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts as directed; and oversees special projects. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

    The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Executive Support

    • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO, including but not limited to: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
    • Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
    • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Board members and staff as directed.
    • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO’s office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with all office staff.
    • Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
    • Successfully completes deliverables with a hands-on approach, limited direction and accuracy.
    • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.

    Board Support and Liaison

    • Serves as the CEOs administrative liaison to board of directors
    • Assists board members with travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed

    Senior Management Liaison

    • Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all or parts of meeting to note take and follow up with CEO and executive team as needed
    • Assists in coordinating the agenda of executive team meetings and off-sites, and all staff meetings

    Job Details

    • 75% calling and emailing companies (outbound) to schedule meetings for the Enterprise sales team. Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline for sales force.
    • 15% calling marketing-generated (inbound) leads to qualify and schedule meetings for the Enterprise Acquisition sales team.
    • 10% Miscellaneous tasks such as email campaigns and other tasks.
    • Provide supplemental in-depth product demonstrations for all ON24 products and services.
    • Manage proof-of-concepts and provide training for prospects/clients evaluating the ON24 platform.
    • Plan, manage and execute platform and streaming tests for all aspects of the service with clients and prospects when needed.
    • Assist product development and engineering groups with beta test programs, and other tasks as needed.
    • Write technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and prospect questionnaires. Handle online and face-to-face presentations as required.

     Your Skills and Experience

    • A hunter mentality to find and cultivate new business.
    • A BA/BS degree, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • Experience and previous success with prospecting and selling via phone.
    • Proven success in a role with weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
    • Must be a self starter who is able to drive self towards goals.
    • Strong capacity to develop relationships quickly over the phone.
    • Skilled at prospecting for new business by discovering need for ON24 solutions.
    • Comfortable with detailed conversations both at a business and a technical level.
    • Strong written and verbal communication, time management skills, and team orientation.
    • Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
    • Experience with tools such as SalesForce.com, Hoovers, and “standard” inside sales tools is a plus
    • Previous working knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS), CRM’s, Marketing Automation Systems a plus. Experience selling/supporting SaaS is highly desired.
    • Familiarity with streaming media protocols, audio/video encoding applications, content delivery networks (CDNs), and signal acquisition methodologies, is a strong plus.

    The Order Administration & Billing Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of recurring revenue invoices. This includes verifying contract terms, researching billing discrepancies, and escalating unresolved issues. This position is highly research and detail oriented, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Assist the Manger, Billing and Collections with overseeing the operations of the Billing department while also performing their own duties in Billing.
    • Assist management with process implementation, systems automations, and policy improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with management on reporting, metrics, forecasting, and planning.
    • Ensure that all billing deadlines are met.
    • Partner with other internal stakeholders in order to resolve complex and time-sensitive billing issues.
    • Provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external customers.
    • Generate invoices on a daily basis.
    • Participate in the transition from a manual billing process into a system-automated billing process.
    • Maintain meticulous system notes and up-to-date customer information within Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
    • Complex reconciliation for customers with multiple contracts, business units, and purchase orders.
    • Ability to quickly and efficiently submit and track invoices in various external portals.
    • Partner with the Collections Team in order to resolve billing disputes.
    • Maintain impeccable records of all billing and credit transactions requiring management override and exception handling.
    • Special projects assigned by manager


    Requirements:

    • 1+ year billing experience
    • SaaS, marketing, media space experience is a plus.
    • Experience in high-growth business environment.
    • Extensive experience with high volume, low dollar transactions.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with people in all levels of the company.
    • Strong attention to detail, exceptional negotiating and organizational skills; capacity to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
    • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred but not required
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Accounting or Finance degree preferred
    • Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
