    Assistant Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for supporting the customer success managers in the effective and successful coordination of setup, implementation, and maintenance on various ON24 Products and Platforms.

    This is a part-time position, about 20-30 hours per week.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Support the Customer Success team with operational activities
    • Facilitate ongoing account reviews and reporting/analysis
    • Assist with the renewal process for annual renewal of accounts
    • Support with project management on strategic account workstreams to ensure continued progress.

    Essential Experience

    • At least 2 years of work experience Customer Service/Customer Success or project management

    The Platform Support Specialist is responsible for the support of all clients who require assistance using ON24’s Webcast and Virtual Show products and platforms. This person must be able to answer or escalate all questions regarding multiple products, services and platform issues, and facilitate the resolution of questions. The Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for supporting the ON24 clients, so they must have a positive attitude and desire to help others in utilization of the ON24 applications.  

    This is the remote position. Location: Mountain or Pacific Time Zones ONLY

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues received by ticketing system, chat, email and telephone inquiries.
    • Participate on the Emergency Escalation Line during and after hours (staffed 24x7x365)
    • Assist in maintaining the knowledge base of known technical issues and platform information
    • Document tickets / chats managed in the support system for reporting and statistical analysis
    • Provide support for webcast platform as needed.


    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 

    • At least 2 years of work experience in customer support answering and managing technical inquiries. 
    • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
    • Experience with CRM applications 

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

    • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to effectively complete assigned projects within the specified timeline and with minimal oversight.
    • Strong Problem solving skills and the ability to identify issues and either resolve or provide alternatives to meet client needs

    A Signal Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting the technical aspects of ON24’s Signal Operations department.  This includes but isn’t limited to the live acquisition of audio and video feeds, the audio/video encoding and delivery of those streams to ON24’s distribution paths (media servers & CDNs) for ON24’s webcasts and virtual events. 
    They handle Signal Operations support tickets that are submitted to the department by internal and external teams.  They support the Signal Operations staff and handle advanced requirements like custom events, peer to peer, multicasting and unicast replication events.     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Have a complete understanding of new and existing streaming media and encoding technology.
    • Handle the operation of advanced signal events and services; including multicast, unicast replication, and other types of custom events.  This can involve various event, server-side, and encoder configuration, and working with client facing IT and event teams.
    • Work directly with Sales, clients and event coordinators on the technical parts of the signal acquisition of an ON24 webcast.

    Qualifications:

    The Solutions Engineer or “SE” is responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to customer & prospect facing representatives in the office and in the field. The goal of the SE is to provide all technical aspects required to win the opportunity. This position reports to our Vice President, Global Solutions Engineering and will be based in Berlin, Germany.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Write technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and prospect questionnaires. Handle online and face-to-face presentations as required.
    • Backstop the Sales reps and provide supplemental in-depth product demonstrations for all ON24 products and services.
    • Provide the initial point for enablement and training for sales representatives.
    • Manage proof-of-concepts and provide training for prospects/clients evaluating the ON24 platform.
    • Work with sales, client services, account management and the executive team to scope complex and strategic sales opportunities.
    • Effectively gather prospect and customer technical requirements and communicate back to product development and engineering.
    • Provide technical account management assistance to sales and account managers as needed to help up sell/cross-sell new products and services to existing clients.
    • Provide guidance and oversight direct to the client on short-term service contracted deployments (aka Pilot Accounts) and associated webinar events.
    • Plan, manage and execute platform and streaming tests for all aspects of the service with clients and prospects when needed.
    • Assist with prototyping, platform interface design, and client event management work as required. Work closely with ON24’s Product, Engineering and Client Services organizations.
    • Assist product development and engineering groups with product requirements definition, beta test programs, and other tasks as needed.

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

    • Fluent in English & German
    • 4+ years in pre-sales/solutions engineering.
    • Technical Account Management/Sales Experience a plus.
    • A BA/BS degree, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
    • Previous working knowledge of software-as-a-service (SaaS), CRM’s, Marketing Automation Systems a plus. Experience selling/supporting SaaS is highly desired.
    • Familiarity with streaming media protocols, audio/video encoding applications, content delivery networks (CDNs), and signal acquisition methodologies, is a strong plus.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS

    • Excellent at working with wide spectrum of clients and prospects: C-level executives, marketing managers, and IT professionals.
    • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
    • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

    JOB SUMMARY

    As the Assistant Controller on ON24’s Corporate Accounting Team, you will partner with the Controller and the Accounting team to develop and execute on initiatives that will streamline, automate, and improve accuracy of the close process. In this role, you will drive process improvement for the close process, develop and maintain its internal control structure, and provide creative solutions to overcome operational challenges. The Assistant Controller will take the lead on all technical accounting, compliance, and financial reporting.

    • Work with the Controller and accounting team on accounting activities across the organization to ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, statutory guidelines, and internal financial policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate and serve as primary contact with the external auditors on all aspects of the annual audits. Provide PBC items and address additional requests or questions.
    • Develop, implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures that will improve overall operations and reduce risks to the business.
    • Manage and advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
    • Manage the stock administrative function including the calculation of equity-based compensation expense in accordance with ASC 718, experience with ShareWorks software.
    • Monitor and interpret FASB new pronouncements and assess applicability of FASB updates to the Company. Oversee the implementation of new accounting standards.
    • Implement best practices over financial statement preparation and reporting, general ledger account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
    • Develop, implement and maintain the internal systems and financial controls consistent with the Company’s policies and regulatory guidelines, ensuring compliance with all local, state and federal tax requirements and filings.
    • Understand and document reporting needs, collaborate on operational issues, develop creative solutions in the absence of perfect systems, and provide business guidance and insight through financial reporting.
    • Ensure effective internal controls through evaluation and testing of processes and controls for compliance with SOX requirements.
    • Monitor and analyze accounting department workflows to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources.
    • Develop and execute roadmaps for implementing/improving processes and controls to scale the accounting function.
    • Assist with building a technical infrastructure and control environment to support the company’s growth and prepare the company for an IPO.
    • Provide accounting expertise and support for potential strategic M&A transactions; from pre-acquisition due diligence through post-acquisition integration.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Degree in Accounting, Big Eight accounting experience, CPA required
    • 10+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Assist the Manager, Billing and Collections with overseeing the operations of the Billing department while also performing their own duties in Billing.
    • Assist management with process implementation, systems automations, and policy improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with management on reporting, metrics, forecasting, and planning.
    • Ensure that all billing deadlines are met.
    • Partner with other internal stakeholders in order to resolve complex and time-sensitive billing issues.
    • Provide exceptional customer support to both internal and external customers.
    • Generate invoices on a daily basis.
    • Participate in the transition from a manual billing process into a system-automated billing process.
    • Maintain meticulous system notes and up-to-date customer information within Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
    • Complex reconciliation for customers with multiple contracts, business units, and purchase orders.
    • Ability to quickly and efficiently submit and track invoices in various external portals.
    • Partner with the Collections Team in order to resolve billing disputes.
    • Maintain impeccable records of all billing and credit transactions requiring management override and exception handling.
    • Special projects assigned by manager


    Requirements:

    • 1+ year billing experience
    • SaaS, marketing, media space experience is a plus.
    • Experience in high-growth business environment.
    • Extensive experience with high volume, low dollar transactions.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with people in all levels of the company.
    • Strong attention to detail, exceptional negotiating and organizational skills; capacity to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
    • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred but not required
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Accounting or Finance degree preferred
    • Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

    ON24 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the product management team and help drive the product strategy and revenue goals of ON24’s Virtual Environments offering.

    This person will be responsible for the planning, creation and delivery of new and existing product capabilities. This includes gathering and prioritizing product requirements, refining the product vision, and working closely with a cross functional team to deliver new and enhanced solutions in a timely manner.  

    The ideal candidate will have experience with SaaS software, be a strong communicator in both written and verbal formats and be versed in Agile development processes.    

     JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

    • Evolve the product roadmap through analysis of market trends, competitive data, and customer input.
    • Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
    • Define and develop new product features.
    • Translate product vision and priorities into detailed product requirements.
    • Manage product rollouts by participating in cross-functional teams, helping to produce product collateral, and training/communicating to stakeholders.
    • Track product utilization and adapt the roadmap/backlog accordingly.
    • Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and delivery teams.
    • Provide product expertise and consultation to sales and customer services teams.

      ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE  

    • 4+ years of product management experience with tech companies.
    • Demonstrated track record of delivering B2B products/services to market.
    • Proven ability to transform abstract requirements into shippable product.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong background of effective communication with a variety of roles (technical and non-technical, strategic and tactical).
    • Product marketing experience a plus.

      ESSENTIAL SKILLS  

    • Expert knowledge of SaaS software development and Agile processes.
    • Passion for technology with a technical understanding of web marketing, online applications, and internet services markets.
    • Self-motivated strategic thinker with proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong communications skills and experience working with company executives and senior management.
