    The ON24 Event Specialist role is responsible for the delivery of customer events using ON24’s virtual product suite. Event Specialists manage live events, customer training, and event troubleshooting/escalation. This role requires a responsible and detail oriented individual.     Responsibilities

    • Use ON24’s virtual product suite to set up webinar and virtual event elements such as registration pages, emails, content, locations, surveys, archives and other event elements
    • Coordinate with Event Managers to manage the delivery of key event related elements
    • Perform event related tasks, such as conference bridge scheduling, work order processing, data input, answering event audience member inquiries, location design edits and custom reports generation

    Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for the relationship between ON24 and its clients. This role is responsible for the effective and successful coordination of setup, implementation, training and maintenance on various ON24 Products and Platforms, as well as partner products and platforms.

    This is a role which requires an organized individual, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, handling multiple projects with both long and short timelines, and facilitating projects involving sales, engineering, finance, and external client teams.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate and support Financial Planning and Analysis, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and other cross-functional departments
    • Own sales/use tax administration – manage Vertex returns
    • Assist with the administration of stock compensation including calculating and journaling quarterly stock-based compensation expense
    • Perform analytical reviews, including researching variances between actual monthly expense activities and budget, as needed
    • Support external auditors and tax accountants
    • Assist with annual audit and tax return preparation, including foreign filings
    • Assist with financial statements and disclosures preparation
    • Participate in system enhancements and upgrades in collaboration with Financial Systems team
    • Performs other related ad-hoc projects, analyses and duties as required

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field – CPA would be a plus
    • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience between public accounting and industry
    • Working knowledge of US GAAP
    • Working knowledge of stock-based compensation would be a plus
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, responsibilities and deadlines with professional follow-through and minimal supervision

    The Order Administration & Billing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of recurring revenue invoices. This includes verifying contract terms, researching billing discrepancies, and escalating unresolved issues.     • Participate in the transition from a manual billing process into a system-automated billing process.
    • Maintain meticulous system notes and up-to-date customer information within Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.

    • Ability to quickly and efficiently submit and track invoices in various external portals.
    • Partner with the Collections Team in order to resolve billing disputes.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years billing experience
    • SaaS, marketing, media space experience is a plus.
    • Experience in high-growth business environment.
    • Extensive experience with high volume, low dollar transactions.

    • Strong attention to detail, exceptional negotiating and organizational skills; capacity to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
    • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred but not required
