    To provide strategic leadership and support to CSMs and customers in the SMB segment.     Responsibilities:

    STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP

    • Partner in the planning of ON24’s marketing programs across the buyer’s journey, informed by data & insights; then set the example for building and execution end-to-end
    • Document process and enforce consistency, quality, and governance across various systems (email, website, webinars, marketing automation programs integration with SFDC, etc)
    • Establish best practices, documentation and refinement of process to optimize program execution
    • Audit and optimize processes specifically for tracking engagements across programs - everything from website engagements to webinar registration to webinar interactions and beyond

    EXECUTION

    • Build Marketo programs for webinars, online advertising, asset tracking, and others
    • Create web pages in Wordpress
    • Use Marketo to create emails using a variety of templates
    • Become an expert on our tech stack

    REPORTING

    • Setup and maintain Salesforce reports to track campaign/program performance 
    • Use data and analytics to draw insights & continually optimize campaigns; inform internal stakeholders of performance (eg: Content team)
    • Main business KPIs will be program efficiency and effectiveness in terms of: net new acquisition of prospects, contribution to pipeline, revenue growth

     

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS in marketing, business, economics or equivalent quantitative discipline
    • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, marketing operations, campaign marketing or industry marketing role. 
    • Deep knowledge of SFDC and Marketo (campaign set up, programs, flows, smart lists, and general best practices)
    • Marketo Certification a plus
    • Experience using ON24 a huge plus

    Manager, Sales Development (SDR Manager)

    The Sales Development Manager will be a key member of ON24’s Sales team with tremendous drive, intelligence and capability.     Job Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Experience and previous success managing inside sales teams to over-quota performance.     
    • Minimum 2 years software sales or technical sales experience, with a minimum of 1 years of successful leadership experience. Experience selling a marketing solution highly preferred.
    • Proven success in a quota-carrying role.
    • Experience in CRM, Salesforce.com, and related reporting & analysis.
    • Experience supporting customers in a leadership capacity to structure deals, act as a go-to for long-term relationship establishment, and effectively negotiate contracts and purchase details.

    The Revenue team is responsible for ensuring the integrity of world-wide revenue by providing technical expertise, business sense, and a strong desire to improve processes and controls.     Ideal background:

    • Software revenue recognition experience required.
    • 4-5 years professional experience, including at least 1 year of industry experience in revenue recognition with company subject to ASC 606.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA is strongly desired.
    • Practical knowledge of general accounting practices.
    • Experience with revenue recognition automation software, such as RevPro, is a plus.
