Role Overview: 

The ON24 Event Specialist is responsible for the delivery of customer events using ON24’s virtual product suite. 

Event specialists are responsible for: 

  1. Providing an enhanced ON24 experience for customers and attendees 
  2. Managing live events 
  3. Customer training 
  4. Event troubleshooting and escalation

Role Overview: 

The Executive Assistant (the “EA”) serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents on all matters pertaining to the Chief Financial Officer and 2-3 additional senior executives. This position also serves as the primary back up for the EA to the CEO and will be responsible for coming into the San Francisco office 3 days a week.

The EA organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts as directed; and oversees special projects. We are looking for a Senior Website Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the ON24 website, while driving growth and continuous improvement. In this role, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders (demand generation, corporate marketing, brand and more) and external agency partners to develop, maintain, and support all marketing initiatives related to the ON24 website. These initiatives include, but are not limited to: website performance monitoring, technical maintenance, implementation of web best practices, web development, SEO & CRO execution and more.

Role Overview: 

The Account Manager, role requires a highly organized and high energy individual who is comfortable interfacing with a diverse audience ranging from marketing to corporate IT, and is able to tailor their message accordingly. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Leverage relationships in an assigned set of existing accounts to prospect and close new business opportunities with additional decision makers, including a wide range of marketing and demand generation titles, as well as corporate communications, training, procurement and sales. 
  • Partner with ON24's Client Success Team to summarize existing business in key accounts and facilitate introductions to client advocates and references. 
  • Track, organize, and close a large number of pending renewal opportunities. 
  • Consult with prospects to determine the best solutions for their specific needs. Recommend solutions, prepare and present proposals and get contracts executed. 
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations.

Skills & Experience:  

  • Ability to converse in a professional and knowledgeable manner on various industry topics and Internet technologies in order to sell opportunities to prospective customers. 
  • Ability to create successful sales strategies for ON24 products and/or services. 
  • Must possess highly developed organizational, planning and management skills.

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities for our Sales team. Our SDR’s are trained to promote and educate customers and prospects on our market-leading Digital Experience Platform.

Overview:

The GL Accountant will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and building relationships with members within finance and across the organization. The GL Accountant is responsible for the proper application of US GAAP, recording accounting transactions, performing balance sheet account reconciliations and account analysis. Responsibilities:

  • Execute monthly closing activities including preparation of journal entries, account analyses, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and analysis of general ledger accounts such as prepaid expenses, deferred costs, payroll, and accrued liabilities.
  • Collaborate and support Financial Planning and Analysis, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and other cross-functional departments
  • Perform analytical reviews, including researching variances between actual monthly expense activities and budget, as needed
  • Support external auditors and tax accountants
  • Assist with annual audit and tax return preparation, including foreign filings
  • Participate in system enhancements and upgrades in collaboration with Financial Systems team
  • Performs other related ad-hoc projects, analyses and duties as required 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines with professional follow-through
  • Proactive, assertive, and creative approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency with NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Assist with special projects as required
