    The Senior Platform Support Specialist is responsible for the support of all clients who require assistance using ON24’s Webcast and Virtual Show products and platforms. This person will be able to answer or escalate all questions regarding multiple products, services and platform issues, and facilitate the resolution of questions. The Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for supporting the ON24 clients, so they must have a positive attitude and desire to help others in utilization of the ON24 applications.  


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues received by ticketing system, chat, email and telephone inquiries.
    • Participate on the Emergency Escalation Line during and after hours (staffed 24x7x365)
    • Assist in maintaining the knowledge base of known technical issues and platform information
    • Document tickets / chats managed in the support system for reporting and statistical analysis
    • Provide support for webcast platform as needed.


    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE 

    • At least 2 years of work experience in customer technical support answering and managing technical inquiries. 
    • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
    • Experience with CRM applications 
    • Bilingual – Japanese and English speaking highly desired.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS 

    • The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to effectively complete assigned projects within the specified timeline and with minimal oversight.
    • Strong Problem solving skills and the ability to identify issues and either resolve or provide alternatives to meet client needs

    Provision of strategic leadership and support for the various Customer Success functions in the EMEA region.  This includes alignment with the Customer Success Management, Platform Support and Services teams with a goal to provide escalated support and engagement with ON24 customers.  This role will focus on developing and maintaining professional relationships internally with the various department leaders, Sales and Product, with a goal to ensure that clients receive the highest quality levels of service, while supporting the sales teams on renewals, upsells and expanding with existing customers.

    Reporting to the Sr. Director, Customer Success Operations, the Customer Experience (CX) Manager will be a member of the Customer Success Department’s Leadership Team helping guide and shape the future of the department and contributing to driving exceptional customer experiences.

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

    • 5+ years of experience working at a scaled B2B organization delivering great customer experiences, preferably in customer success or customer experience organizations
    • Technical Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
    • Proven experience across the spectrum of descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics
    • Strong project management skills, ability to develop and execute processes that facilitate collaboration, leadership team effectiveness and impact.

    Role & Responsibilities

    • Reporting to the CEO, this VP of Cloud Operations will be responsible for planning, deploying, managing, and scaling the telecom, network, and infrastructure needed to achieve ON24's business

    Who You Are & What You’ve Done

    • Extensive experience with on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-native architecture, through transformation, complete “build from scratch”, and maintain
    • Expert team builder, who knows how to attract, grow, and retain top
    • Deep experience managing and scaling deployments with thousands of servers for enterprise software including but not limited to operating systems, databases, application servers, web servers, telecom services, networks, streaming infrastructure.
    • History of successfully leading security functions, specifically, SOC2 or similar compliance processes at a B2B SaaS
    • Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization to promote ideas and
    • Built credible relationships, both internally across functional groups and externally across corporate and advisory

    This role is responsible for providing cloud engineering and operations support to the critical applications hosted in GCP and Azure platforms.     Now, ON24 is seeking a VP, Customer Marketing to develop and drive modern integrated marketing campaigns and their underlying processes to drive customer success, increase renewals, promote services, and expand the product footprint within the existing install base.     Role & Responsibilities

    • Define and implement a comprehensive suite of strategic marketing programs that drive customer success, increase renewals, promote services, and expand ON24’s product footprint within existing customers.     • Build and run a modern customer ABM program that creates personalized buying experiences for ON24’s most strategic enterprise customers.
    • Create account campaign plans and all supporting materials including, but not limited to, campaign messaging, personalized collateral, dedicated webinar programs, etc. Manage a comprehensive customer communications strategy that leverages different channels including community portals, newsletters, emails, etc.

    • Improve ROI visibility by building a transparent and trackable metrics system that encompasses all aspects of lead generation from campaign to revenue. Know funnel metrics across all segments like the back of your hand.
    • Develop processes for tracking and analyzing performance metrics associated with all marketing programs and campaigns using DOMO, Salesforce and other relevant tools.
    • Work with senior management to promote and communicate the ON24 brand, products, and value proposition. Refine company and product messaging to effectively communicate value to enterprise accounts.

     

    Requirements

    The Solutions Engineer or “SE” is responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to customer & prospect facing representatives for the German team.     Specific responsibilities include:

    This position requires an attorney with excellent problem-solving skills who can manage multiple, high priority projects in a fast-paced environment.  This position will be based out of ON24’s San Francisco, CA office (working remotely for now).

    Responsibilities

    • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including sales, vendor, license, non-disclosure, referral, partnership, service and other agreements
    • Working independently to resolve issues and complete projects without oversight
    • Effectively partnering with stakeholders across the company to drive consistent results
    • Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and internal legal and compliance processes
    • Other duties as necessary to support ON24’s growth
    • Monitor and self-study regulatory developments relevant to SaaS and software industries

     

    Qualifications

    • CA Bar licensed attorney with JD degree or equivalent
    • Minimum of 6-10+ years of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements for technology companies – at a law firm, in-house or both
    • Proven ability to proactively support U.S. and international sales teams and direct all aspects of the contract management cycle
    • Proven track record handling issues related to enterprise software licensing, SaaS agreements, intellectual property and US and EU privacy and data protection laws.
    • Strong understanding of commercial legal concepts and astute drafting and contract negotiation skills, with an exceptional attention to detail
    • Experience representing B2B SaaS companies
    • Proficiency using CRM software such as Salesforce
    • Outstanding professional judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors and partners
    • Sense of humor and positive attitude

    We are looking for a talented GL Accounting Manager to join our Accounting Team.  In the role of GL Accounting Manager, you will assist in managing the daily operations of the general accounting team. You must be hands on and willing to take ownership. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage and work with a cross-functional team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team of accountants in their daily responsibilities, review of their work, and invest in their growth
    • Assist in managing the full cycle general ledger financial close process and related activities to ensure complete and accurate financials in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
    • Own sales/use tax administration – manage Vertex returns
    • Review monthly journal entries and reconciliations for areas not limited to GL, AP, fixed assets, accruals, leases, intercompany accounting, consolidations, income tax and credit cards.
    • Drive process improvement and automation efforts to streamline accounting operations.
    • Collaborate and support Financial Planning and Analysis, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and other cross-functional departments
    • Perform analytical reviews, including researching variances between actual monthly expense activities and budget, as needed
    • Assist in system enhancements and upgrades in collaboration with Financial Systems team
    • Performs other related ad-hoc projects, analyses and duties as required

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field – CPA preferred
    • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience between public accounting and industry
    • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
    • Process-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proactive, assertive, and creative approach to problem solving
    • Proficiency in Excel, Netsuite, TaxCentral by Vertex
    • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment with diverse personalities and with employees at all levels of the organization

    JOB SUMMARY

    We are looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join our team to lead and manage Stock Administration. In this role, you will own the administration of our global equity programs and will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR to ensure that processes and roles are aligned to support the Company. The Stock Administrator will also serve as the point of contact for all internal and external inquiries related to equity.

    • Manage all aspects of ON24’s global equity programs including Stock Options, RSUs, and ESPP
    • Ensure that all forms of equity compensation are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan(s) under which they are granted
    • Maintain equity database integrity and ensure accuracy of employees’ data contained in ShareWorks
    • Manage the overall quarterly calendar of various stock administration related activities
    • Liaise with transfer agent as necessary to maintain updated reporting, ensure timely settlement of trades, and assist in execution of trading instructions and other transfer agent activities
    • Design and implement educational sessions, presentations, and communication materials for the global employee base to support understanding of equity programs and policies
    • Collaborate and partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal and HR team members on the design and implementation of new equity programs, reporting, and compliance
    • Prepare and file Section 16 form filings
    • Assist Legal with maintenance of trading blackouts and maintenance of insider roster
    • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance and Legal on the preparation of the annual proxy statement
    • Manage the relationship and work closely with outside service providers, such as our equity systems vendor, transfer agent, and broker service providers
    • Assist with other compensation related projects including annual total rewards processes, special incentives plans, and market related activities

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 8+ years experience with at least 5 years experience as an in-house stock administrator
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) a must
    • Broad experience with a range of equity compensation instruments and plans, including stock options, RSUs, PSUs and ESPPs
    • Experience with proxy data, Section 16 filings and 10b5-1 plans
    • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters as they relate to equity
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, adhere to tight deadlines and collaborate with cross functional teams
    • Equity accounting and tax knowledge

    We are looking for a talented Sr. Payroll Analyst to join our Payroll Team.

    Description

    • Process timely and accurate semi-monthly multi-state payroll using the ADP payroll platform. Also assist to process for few global locations.
    • Process supplemental and stock related off-cycle payrolls
    • Understand all payroll, tax laws, garnishments and payroll system setup and integrations •
    • Liaise with People Operations on new hire, termination, and employee changes in the ADP system to ensure payroll accuracy •
    • Research and resolve employee inquiries in a clear, concise, and timely manner and work with ADP to troubleshoot any
    • Identify and facilitate improvements of processes to increase internal efficiencies
    • Assist with handling employee expense reimbursements.
    • Process and ensure accuracy of semi-monthly 401(k) funds transfer to 401(k) provider
    • Assist with audits related to financial statements and 401(k) •
    • Remain current on all recent changes in regulations affecting payroll and notify the team of changes and implications

    Experience and Qualification

    • 7+ years’ payroll experience, an in depth understanding of payroll processes and accounting systems and an active CPP or eligible
    • Knowledge of federal, state and local payroll/labor laws, IRS regulations, garnishments and local employment and labor taxes
    • ADP or similar, NetSuite and Fidelity 401(k) experience preferred
    • Strengths include attention to detail, organization, time management, problem solving, decision making, and complete confidentiality and discretion
    • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change and deliver under the pressure of multiple deadlines
    • Experience working in a high scale, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment while still finding opportunities for automation and innovation.
    • Assist team with maintaining automated reporting requests.

    We are seeking a hands-on Credit and Collections Manager to provide support to the Finance department. This high-visibility position will mentor the collector team and strengthen our credit and collections processes. The successful applicant will be joining a privately-held, fast paced, high-growth Company and will be involved in the on-going building and improving of accounting processes. This position will be a key member of the Finance team and will interface daily with internal departments and external clients and service providers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Motivate and supervise the collections team to achieve cash collection goals
    • Supervise cash application and credit card processing
    • Manage invoice presentment, EDI and notarization
    • Responsible for facilitating and achieving goals for DSO, cash flow, AR aging metrics and minimal bad debt
    • Demonstrate outstanding team leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Ensure compliance with credit and collections policy, internal controls and audit requirements
    • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly AR reports
    • Direct the evaluation of credit risk, credit limits and payment terms
    • Develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements that improve customer service, efficiency and reduce costs
    • Actively participate in the collection process to reduce A/R balances
    • Monitor and document collection activity of major accounts and establish and monitor credit limits
    • Work closely with account management and sales operation teams
    • Resolve internal/external customer inquiries timely
    • Support and/or participate in other initiatives and special projects when requested

    The Credit and Collections Manager should be able to demonstrate the ability to roll up his/her sleeves and prioritize multiple projects while meeting goals and deadlines with a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.  In addition, the ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be team oriented, and have confidence in dealing with people at all organizational levels within the Company.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of five years of credit and collections experience
    • Prior credit and collections manager or supervisor, with lead responsibility of managing  staff
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability for driving process efficiencies and problem solving
    • Excellent verbal and written communications
    • Strong attention to detail, organized, ability to negotiate, and ability to multi-task with limited supervision
    • Experience using Salesforce and ERP systems (NetSuite) a plus
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
    • Accounting/Finance degree - preferred
