An experienced internet executive and passionate entrepreneur, Sharat Sharan is the Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of ON24 Inc. He leads a global team of more than 500 employees on a mission to help businesses of all sizes and across industries succeed in the era of digital engagement. Through ON24 webinar, virtual event and multimedia experiences, ON24 provides a system of engagement for audiences to choose and accelerate their own journeys. ON24 customers then turn that engagement and interest into actionable insights, which enables businesses to scale personalization, conversions and pipeline to drive revenue growth. Previously, Sharat served as Vice President of Hearst New Media and Technology, as well as the Group Vice President of Hearst New Media Group, where he co-founded Hearst’s internet media business and built some of the first and largest B-to-C internet media businesses. Before Hearst, Sharat was in executive roles at AT&T Wireless Systems during mobility’s nascent stage and began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Mr. Federman is a senior advisor to U.S. Venture Partners and served as a general partner from1990 to 2015. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Monolithic Memories (MMI). After guiding the company from virtual bankruptcy to $250 million in revenues, he led MMI through its merger with AMD and became vice chairman of AMD. He served two terms as chairman of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA), and has also served on the board of directors of the National Venture Capital Association, as well as on the Dean's Advisory Board of Santa Clara University. He has received the Anti-Defamation League's Torch of Liberty Award, and the Brotherhood Award from the National Conference of Community and Justice. Mr. Federman received a B.S. in economics from Brooklyn College, and was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in engineering science from Santa Clara University.

Denise has 20 years of technology marketing experience at high-growth companies. Prior to joining Snowflake, she served as CMO for Apigee, an API platform company that went public in 2015 and Google acquired in 2016. She began her career at collaboration software company Genesys, where she built and led a global marketing organization. Denise also helped lead Genesys through its expansion to become a successful IPO and acquired company. Denise holds a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University, and holds an MBA from Georgetown University.

Holger Staude serves as Vice President at Goldman Sachs Private Capital Investing. He serves in the Private Capital Investing team, part of Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s Americas Special Situations Group. Mr. Staude invests in private, middle market companies throughout North America in the technology and healthcare sectors. He serves as the board observer at Aras Corporation. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he worked at Allen & Company. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of Kaltura Inc. He serves as a Director of The SAVO Group Ltd. and Egnyte. Mr. Staude has been a Director of ON24, Inc. since May 4, 2016 and Visicom Inc. He served as a Director of AFS Technologies, Inc. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University.

Dominique Trempont is on the board of ON24 Inc (NYSE: ONTF), Airspan Networks Inc (private) and Daily Mail General Trust (London Stock Exchange: DMGT). Mr Trempont previously was Chief-Executive-in-Residence at Battery Ventures, Chairman & CEO at Kanisa Inc, President and CEO at Gemplus Corp, Chief Financial Officer and head of Operations at NeXT Software Inc. and senior executive at Raychem Corporation. Dominique Trempont received an MBA from INSEAD, a BS from The Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium. He also teaches technology business courses at INSEAD.

Barry has over thirty-five years of financial leadership in the technology industry. Barry was previously employed by SMART Modular Technologies, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and played a significant role in the $635M transaction by Silver Lake Partners to take SMART private. Prior to that, Barry served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for VeriFone Holdings, Inc., managing the successful IPO and subsequent follow-on and debt offerings. He has also served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Iomega Corporation, Acuson Corporation, Mellanox Technologies Ltd. and Logitech S.A. He received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal, South Africa and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa).
