Widespread Integration with Leading ISVs Enables ‘One View’ of Sales Funnel

For the first time, marketers can get an encompassing view of the entire sales funnel – from unknown “suspects” on the social Web, to prospects in the Eloqua database, to opportunities and closed business in the CRM system.
With the Eloqua Cloud Connectors initiative, Eloqua is working with ISVs to bring together the dozens of point solutions and applications sales and marketing teams currently use into one intuitive, actionable platform in order to provide users with the ability to understand buyers based on their online activity. Today, Eloqua welcomes the first two ISVs to participate in the Cloud Connector initiative – ON24, the global leader in webcasting and virtual events, and Jigsaw, the leader in crowd-sourced business information and data services.
Eloqua’s integration with ON24-hosted events enables users to manage their ON24 webinars through both the Eloqua9 and Eloqua10 versions of its platform. It also updates the contact’s profile with attendance-related information, such as who attended, how long they stayed and whether they answered poll or surveys. The connector also culls valuable contact information from Jigsaw’s comprehensive database in real-time.
