Automated & Live Captioning

ON24 enables businesses to reach more audiences and extend accessibility to audiences who are deaf or hard of hearing through automated and human-generated captioning. Auto-generated captioning is currently supported for on-demand and Simulive webinars. For live webinars that are archived and become on demand, the captions are generated at the time of archive. Caption files can be easily edited in-app. ON24 also offers services to support live closed-captioning.

Multi-Language Support

Scale programs globally and reach audiences that have different primary languages with flexible multi-language capabilities. The ON24 Digital Experience Platform can localize messages and labels into up to 34 languages and offers the ability to auto-translate captions on webinars into more than 60 languages.

Keyboard Accessibility

Keyboard accessibility is one of the most important needs when addressing web accessibility. That’s why ON24 has baked in functionality within its digital experiences so audiences can easily engage with all your content. For example, audience members can easily tab to navigate through different sections and categories of ON24 Engagement Hubs and registration pages built on the platform.

Screen-Reader Support

ON24 seamlessly empowers audiences who are blind or have low vision to hear what’s on the screen as they navigate digital experiences with a keyboard. ON24 is committed to following Accessible Rich Internet Attributes (ARIA) guidelines to ensure accessibility through screen readers.

Visual Accessibility

Adherence to color contrast and font size standards allow for better visibility for users with color or low vision impairment. Within ON24 Webcast Elite, the highly customizable audience console allows users to configure and adjust background color; text color and size; engagement tool size, position, header colors, icon and more for optimum viewing and accessibility.

Registration pages on ON24 Engagement Hub also enable visual accessibility by ensuring field titles are displayed outside of the form fields, making the entire form easier to read.
