Integration guide

Integration with ON24’s Zapier connector allows you to automate your workflows in unique and interesting ways, without requiring human monitoring and interaction at each step. API credentials need to be generated for a user in the Elite account to use the Zapier ON24 app.

Connect ON24 with Zapier

To connect ON24 with Zapier, create and log into your Zapier account. Then, head to “Dashboard” and search for “ON24” in the leftmost search field. From there, search for any other application or service you’d like to connect to.

Build Your Triggers

Zapier allows you to select popular “zaps” or templates created by other users in addition to creating your connections. To take advantage of these zaps, you’ll need to go to the API Dashboard to find your Access Token Key, your Access Token Secret and your Client ID.

Test Your Zap

Once connected, you’ll need to specify the actions you’ll want your zap to take. Use Zapier’s built-in editor to create and test your Zaps and make any modifications you need to make your zap work.
