The On24 Integration Service only needs to be set up once for all webinars in your account. The setup process is assisted by the On24 Integration Support team. Once the mapping logic is in place, the integration will run in batches at a scheduled frequency of your choosing. Please submit a ticket to request setup support to start. This one-time setup process will apply to all of the webinars in your ON24 account.
Set up a meeting with the ON24 Integration Support team to start your Tibco Scribe integration process. To do so, simply submit a ticket to request setup support and an ON24 representative will contact you to set up a kickoff meeting. During this meeting, be ready to discuss your team’s mapping logic and how often you’d like your batched data to run.
After your initial meeting, you’ll receive an invitation to join Tibco Scribe. Sign up for Scribe and add the connector for API access. Once done, create your custom fields and objects. Then, fill out your mapping spreadsheet shared with you by ON24 and send it to the ON24 Integration Support team.
As a final step, you’ll need to provide test user data to ON24 for Scribe testing. Once you do that, ON24 will push the data through your Scribe mappings. Once you validate the test data, we’ll remap the integration to production, you’ll confirm the integration activation and you’ll be all set.
