Bonin Bough is one of the foremost-awarded marketing executives in the world, the host of CNBC’s Cleveland Hustles, and the author of Txt Me (646) 759-1837. As one of the youngest-c-suite executives at a Fortune 50 Company, he has worked for billion-dollar CPG brands including Mondelez and PepsiCo before starting Bonin Ventures - a growth accelerator that helps businesses of all shapes and sizes achieve revenue growth faster than they ever believed possible. Bonin has been responsible for some of the most successful organization transformations, and the rapid growth of some of the world's most-loved billion-dollar brands including Oreo, Cadbury's, Pepsi, Gatorade and Frito-Lay. Most recently, as the Chief Growth Officer of SheaMoisture, he helped grow the business by close to 50% in 12 months leading to the company being acquired by Unilever for close to $1 billion dollars. During his time as Chief Media Officer at Mondelez International, Bonin managed over $3 Billion dollars in media spend, making him the seventh largest media buyer in the world. Highlights from his tenure include shifting the organization from just-3% to over-32% digital spend - adding $2 Billion in top line net revenue and $300m in bottom line savings. He helped brands like Sour Patch Kids become the fastest growing candy brand in the world. When he added eCommerce to his role, he grew online sales from $65m - $265m in the 18 months that he ran it. Before that he led digital globally for PepsiCo and built two global digital agencies prior to that one for IPG. Found consistently at the forefront of thinking and execution in innovation, Bonin is recognized as one of business’ hottest rising stars and one of the industries top mobile marketers. He has been inducted into the Advertising Hall of Achievement. Deb Wolf is a high-impact, results-driven marketing executive, who taps into the voice of the customer to stay in tune with changing customer needs and behaviors. She brings 30+ years of marketing experience in technology and B2B industries to Integrate as their Chief Marketing Officer. Her entrepreneurial prowess has driven marketing strategy, category creation, brand awareness, and revenue development for startups and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Integrate, she was CMO at BetterUp where she expanded brand awareness of the company's mobile coaching platform and helped increase revenue by 300% in two years. Before that, Deb held the CMO role at Lookout, a B2C and B2B mobile security company. She served for nine years in global marketing leadership roles at Workday, from their inception through the company's IPO in 2012 and to nearly $1B in revenue. Deb holds a B.A. in English from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where she is an active advisor for the Dean's Advisory Council at the Orfalea College of Business.

She is passionate about all things integrated marketing, particularly when the elements of compelling content, digital strategy, and customer experience intersect. Ambera built her career in both North America and Asia-Pacific, which has taught her how to implement global strategies across diverse markets in a hyper-localized manner. Like many other Marketers, I started out my career at the frontline of the Sales department acquiring new clients. At that time the role mainly consisted of convincing prospects that digital media was the way forward, nowadays, it's an easier roadblock to overcome. Moving into the Marketing space has been an incredible experience and opportunity. I'm working in an industry that innovates by the second and in a department that has gone through a radical shift in the last decade. When I am not thinking about better customer experiences and marketing integration you can find me practicing yoga, preparing raw food and traveling across my favourite region of the world, Asia-Pacific.
