CHALLENGE:

Providing Quality Webinar Content On Demand

The Bay Area LMA (Legal Marketing Association) recorded the most popular sessions from the Legal Marketing Technology Conference and wanted to package them as a webinar series called “Tech Tuesday,” which would be offered on the first Tuesday of every month. The Association sought to use a technology that would provide a seamless user experience, support for slides and video, good support for downloadable materials and a seamless way to hook into their event registration system.

Delivering Webinar Content Flawlessly

LMA evaluated a variety of webinar tools and selected ON24. ON24’s extensive ability to brand the webinar console, email invites and follow-up tools figured favorably in their decision, as well as ON24’s sleek and intuitive presenter console and user interface. Global reach, performance and scale were also important to the LMA, as they were tired of experiencing reliability issues when delivering content to an ever-growing audience.

Since implementing ON24 for the “Tech Tuesday” series, the LMA has increased the audience for its programming by seven times and regularly has viewers logging in from around the world. “We have been very pleased with how smoothly ON24 works. We have people logging in from around the world, at all different times, and we have had no issues with webinar delivery. We set up ON24 and it just worked!” said Adam Stock, Chair of the Conference. User and presenter feedback has been highly positive, and the LMA now allows individuals to purchase “season passes” to all of its webinars. Individual LMA chapters across the country and around the world can buy access to “Tech Tuesday” webinars and efficiently provide educational resources. Convenience is enhanced because audiences don’t have to download software and can access the LMA’s ON24-powered content via a URL – on any device.
