The ON24/Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration empowers ON24 users to share data between the ON24 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms. With this integration in place, users can quickly and easily share audience engagement metrics and more.
Sharing data between ON24 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 can be completed in just a few clicks but requires an account with Tibco Scribe. If you have not completed the Tibco Scribe integration process, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Set up a connector for API access to Microsoft Dynamics within Tibco Scribe. This requires user in Dynamics with read/write/edit permissions to open up access to entities and fields in Dynamics.
ON24 interacts with these common entities: Contacts, Leads, a custom entity to hold webinar event data (title, start time, end time), and a custom entity associated with Contacts and Leads that holds attendee data (e.g., live minutes, archive minutes, etc.).
The Scribe API integration can update or create Contacts and Leads using ON24 registration information.
The integration service also pushes attendee data into a custom entity associated with Contacts and Leads. Determine if you want these records created at registration and updated with attendee data, or only create records for attendees. Any ON24 attendee data point can be added as custom fields to this custom entity for mapping.
ON24 also hosts a report page for each user, based on email address, that shows lifetime activity in your account. This report is accessible via our Prospect Engagement Profile (PEP) URL. ON24 can push this URL over to a field in your Contact and Lead records. This URL is an un-gated report page that your Dynamics users can leverage to view ON24 activity.
