Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to request, at no charge, to:
Requests to delete: California residents have the right to, at no charge, request deletion of their personal information that we have collected about them.
Request to know: California residents have the right to request and receive a copy of the specific items of personal information that we have collected about them in the 12 months prior to the request and the right to request that we provide them certain information about how we have handled their personal information during that period including the:
o categories and sources of personal information collected;
o business or commercial purposes for collecting and selling their personal information;
o categories of third parties to whom we have disclosed their personal information for a business purpose;
o categories of personal information that we have disclosed to a third party for a business purpose;
o categories of third parties to whom the residents’ personal information has been sold and the specific categories of personal information sold to each category.
An individual may submit up to two requests to know within a 12-month period.
Requests to Correct: California residents have the right, at any time, to request the correction of inaccurate personal information the company maintains about them.
Requests to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: California residents have the right, at any time, to direct a business that sells or shares personal information about them to third parties not to sell or share their personal information.

When you submit a request to know, a request to delete, a request to correct, or a request to opt-out we will take steps to verify your request by matching the information you provide with the information we have in our records. You must complete all required fields on our webform and verify your email address. If you send a request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the online form, we may request additional information in order to verify your request or where necessary to process your request. If we are unable to adequately verify a request, we will notify the requestor. Authorized agents may initiate a request on behalf of another individual by contacting us as at the email listed above; authorized agents will be required to provide proof of their authorization and we may also require that the relevant consumer directly verify their identity and the authority of the authorized agent.
