Connecting ON24 and Certain is easily, simply requiring an API access token and configuring Flows in Certain Signal. With this integration, deliver a unified and scalable attendee experience, as well as capture insights and buying signals from attendees and share across your business systems.
To begin, set up your ON24 account for Certain integration by provisioning and setting up a New API Access Token.
Within Certain, add account level tags that will be used to activate Flows in Certain Signal. Then in Certain Signal, add the connection to ON24, ensuring that buying signals and engagement data flow into Certain.
To send engagement data for one webinar or an entire digital conference, simply navigate to Certain, select to connect ON24 engagement data and enter in the webinar ID.
