    To provide strategic leadership and support to CSMs and customers in the SMB segment. This includes assistance and managing processes to provide a scaled level of support to a large segment of customers, and supporting customers through escalations and questions around the delivery on their accounts.  This position also includes support of the sales teams on renewals, upsells and expanding with existing customers.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and provide escalation and support for CSMs in your group
    • Manage and develop processes to support a large number of accounts across the team
    • Support of the CSMs in escalations around questions or issues with client accounts
    • Oversee internal event teams and resources to ensure project timelines and client expectations are met.
    • Work closely with the Sales team to secure add-on and renewal business.
    • Responsible for reporting Churn and Downsell metrics to the VP of Customer Success
    • Work with CSM and AMs to manage and reduce Downsell and Churn by driving utilization and showing value in the ON24 products
    • Interface with Sales and G&A to resolve contract issues, to obtain appropriate fees associated with additions or changes in service(s), and to ensure that clients are billed correctly.

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

    • At least 6 years of Customer Success Management experience in a high-tech environment.
    • At least 5 years of people management experience, managing teams of 5 or more
    • Highly process driven, and able to deploy technology to support a large segment of customers
    • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS

    • Outstanding customer service, sales support, people and project management skills.
    • Experience in business development activities
    • Proven client communication skills
    • Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    The Platform Support Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Platform Support technical teams for webinars, engagement hubs and virtual environments.     The Director, Customer Success will oversee a team of Customer Success Managers in our Commercial segment and will be responsible for the relationship between ON24 and our Self Publishing/Elite clients. This person will be responsible for their teams effective and successful coordination of setup, implementation, training and maintenance on various ON24 Products and Platforms, as well as partner products and platforms. This is a role which requires an organized individual, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, handling escalations, and working across internal teams such as sales, engineering, finance, and other external client teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure they are meeting company specific targets for renewals
    • Must be able to consistently meet team goals for churn, as well as specific corporate team initiatives
    • Facilitate Account Setup, implementation, training, and ongoing account review and modification
    • Handle client escalations around concerns or issues with their webinar experience
    • Assist with the renewal process for the team’s accounts
    • Conduct frequent reviews (in-person and via web meeting) with accounts and team to determine customer satisfaction and utilization levels

     Required Experience

    Overview: 

    The GL Accountant will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and building relationships with members within finance and across the organization. The GL Accountant is responsible for the proper application of US GAAP, recording accounting transactions, performing balance sheet account reconciliations and account analysis.     • Manage all aspects of ON24’s global equity programs including Stock Options, RSUs, and ESPP

    ON24 is looking for a driven SOX Compliance Manager to be part of the team that oversees internal control over financial reporting (“ICFR”) for the Company. Coordinate SOX-related activities between the Company, our outside SOX consultants, and the external auditors. This is a high-visibility opportunity where you can make measurable improvements throughout a dynamic company. This position reports to the Senior Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting.

    As a successful candidate, you must have strong SOX program management skills and experience to handle the intricacies and dependencies of a dynamic Year-1 SOX program. You must be comfortable with managing an ever-evolving workload, collaborating and aligning regularly with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to understand complex business processes and system workflows, identify associated risks, and help guide business owners in defining best practices and effective value-added risk mitigation plans. You are a team player with a firm understanding of team dynamics. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the details.

    What you will be doing:

    • Partner with process owners and third party consulting firm to develop and implement company-wide SOX program including scoping review, process documentation, and identification and evaluation of the effectiveness of key internal controls.
    • Work with process owners and third party consulting firm to drive remediation efforts for any identified deficiencies.
    • Work with process owners on the ongoing design and testing of internal controls.
    • Assist in training process owners with SOX compliance program activities.
    • Manage the SOX documentation.
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
    • Maintain a current knowledge base of audit industry practices to ensure best practices are always considered.

    What you will have:

    • BA/BS in Accounting or related field
    • Professional certification such as CPA and/or CIA.
    • 7+ years of SOX compliance work in a big 4 firm, large global public company, or a combination of both.
    • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, PCAOB Auditing Standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, risk and controls standards, and business process best practices.
    • Experience managing project work with tight deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong influencing skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across the organization.
    • Collaborative and can be flexible in his/her approach.

    ON24 is looking for a Senior SEC Reporting Analyst to expand our team and support the growth of our company. As a successful candidate, you will enjoy the challenges of quarter-end close and SEC reporting, including the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures. You will assist with technical accounting research and prepare white papers. You will have the commitment to deliver quality results under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment. You are a dedicated team-player, self-motivated, and extremely organized and detail-oriented.

    This position will be based in San Francisco, CA and will report to the Senior Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting.

    What you will do:

    • Assist with the preparation of Forms 10-K/10-Q and XBRL review.
    • Prepare financial statements including statement of cash flows
    • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for SEC filings and perform tie-out.
    • Prepare quarterly and annual disclosure checklists.
    • Assist with the preparation of earnings release tables.
    • Perform technical research and prepare technical accounting memo.
    • Evaluate business transactions for proper U.S. GAAP accounting treatment, including accounting and disclosure recommendations
    • Assist with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of significant new accounting pronouncements.
    • Skill in stock-based compensation accounting.
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    What you will have:

    • BA/BS in Accounting or Finance.
    • CPA required.
    • 6+ years of financial reporting and auditing experience, with at least 3+ years of public accounting experience as well as experience working in the external reporting function of a public company.
    • Good understanding of financial statements, U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules.
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to analyze and question data for reasonableness and proper accounting.
    • Experience with Workiva Wdesk.
    • Collaborative and can be flexible in his/her approach.
    • Extended hours during peak filing times required.

    ON24 is seeking a motivated team member for the role of Credit and Collections Manager. The Credit and Collections Manager will work well and thrive in a goal-oriented collections department. We are adding customers every day.

    The Credit and Collections Manager should be able to demonstrate the ability to roll up his/her sleeves and prioritize multiple projects while meeting goals and deadlines with a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. In addition, the ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be team oriented, and have confidence in dealing with people at all organizational levels within the Company.

    Responsibilities:
    • Motivate and supervise the collections team to achieve cash collection goals
    • Supervise cash application and credit card processing
    • Manage invoice presentment, EDI and notarization
    • Responsible for facilitating and achieving goals for DSO, cash flow, AR aging metrics and minimal bad debt
    • Demonstrate outstanding team leadership and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Ensure compliance with credit and collections policy, internal controls and audit requirements
    • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly AR reports
    • Direct the evaluation of credit risk, credit limits and payment terms
    • Develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements that improve customer service, efficiency and reduce costs
    • Actively participate in the collection process to reduce A/R balances
    • Monitor and document collection activity of major accounts and establish and monitor credit limits
    • Work closely with account management and sales operation teams
    • Resolve internal/external customer inquiries timely
    • Support and/or participate in other initiatives and special projects when requested
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of five years of credit and collections experience
    • Prior credit and collections manager or supervisor, with lead responsibility of managing staff
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability for driving process efficiencies and problem solving
    • Excellent verbal and written communications
    • Strong attention to detail, organized, ability to negotiate, and ability to multi-task with limited supervision
    • Experience using Salesforce and ERP systems (NetSuite) a plus
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
    • Accounting/Finance degree - preferred
