At Owens Corning, we’ve been around for over 75 years, and I am the National Training leader here at Owens Corning.
Marketing pre covidwas very traditional. Prior to covid, I spent probably you know, three to four days out of every week on an airplane in a market. I look back on my own personal journey with ON24. You’ve seen amazing success, and we’re super pleased with it, and we’ve been able to, without skipping a beat, continue to connect with our contractors. And I have not stepped on an airplane since Covid.
It feels so natural, and our contractors can still connect with us using the right types of platforms. The platform and the tools within ON24 that we use as a practice with Owens Corning is obviously the Elite. It’s easy for our contractors. It’s easy for us. The more webinars you do, the more of a library you create. And so the hub is just awesome because now we can deliver our on-demand content and a bunch of other applicable elements to each one of the webinars in a way our contractors can feel like I saw the webinars, and now I have a great place to deliver to my friends, to my co workers, etc. So the hub is awesome.
The great parts about the ON24 platform, outside of the delivery, which is the front end, is the ability to be able to look at the back end. The back end is all data driven. It’s like opening up the door and looking at our customers and seeing what’s their journey look like? And that does a few things for us. One, it helps us just big picture, are we engaging enough to keep our contractors interested? And then two is, for every one of our webinars, are we reaching the right audience? We can only do that because of the information that the ON24 platform allows us to extract.
