I think the thing that made me decide to join ON24 was first and foremost, the people. They’re amazing to work with, they’re all really brilliant, super collaborative, no ego and they’re all part of this grander goal of jrust trying to help this rocket ship grow.

A few of the reasons why I wanted to work it ON24 was one, the leadership — those that I got to speak to while interviewing showecased not only the culture and just overall energy in which they provide for employees.

It is a great group of people, very supportive people. It’s a great place to grow your career.

ON24 asked if I wanted to work from home. They offer extreme flexibility.

We try to make the transition into a virtual work environment as easy as possible for employees.

The ability to work remotely for ON24 has really been a game changer for me. I can put on my career hat, and then I can still be there for my young children and drop them off at school and pick them up. I truly feel like I have the best of both worlds now.

The culture at ON24 — it’s super collaborative. Everyone’s part of one team and one goal, which is ultimately to help this company grow.

We’re always collaborating. We’re always trying to figure out a better way to do things. Even though we are this International presence, we still feel like a very close-knit team.

I feel so connected to my team even virtually; we’re able to still work together, be together. They can always be there for me anytime that I need them. It’s great to feel a part of a collaborative, global organization. With ON24’s leadership and the investment in regards to training, I’ve become a better salesperson and quite frankly, I’ve become a sales consultant. I solve problems and I absolutely love that about this job.

My advice for anyone who’s coming to work at ON24 is to always ask questions. There’s no bad question that you can ask only the ones that are never asked. You’ll be learning and growing every day, so you’ve got to be ambitious and hungry and know that you’ll be surrounded by a high performing, world-class team.

For anyone considering coming to ON24, I would just let them know that they have a team of people here that look forward to making sure that they have a bright future here. I would also make sure that you know, you can feel comfortable just being yourself because everyone else here makes you feel like you’re at home every day.
