Partnering with ON24 was the right decision for our team. The biggest benefits for me are all the engagement options that they offer and all the data that we get.

Hi, my name is Sanne Van Opstal-Brakel and I’m the webinar program manager at TOPdesk. TOPdesk supplies software for all the internal services like for your IT department, for your facilities, for HR so that they can support their customers to the best that they can.

Prior to working for ON24, we work with a different tool which was still very focused on localized webinar. So you had to download a certain piece of software in order to join a webinar. There wasn’t a lot of branding options. The engagement options were very limited and the the same goes for reporting and those were all things that we were looking for.

We decided to work with ON24 because they basically take all the boxes that we were looking for feature wise, but also we even have the connection and advanced analytics options of ON24 and this enables us to not only track live attendance but also on demand and dive deeper into what a person actually looked at or how they engaged with us and we can compare those to see what topics might interest them as well for future webinars.

Through integrating ON24 and our marketing platform HubSpot, we even see that we get sometimes up to 300% more leads in events and we can now even track them better and put them in the correct follow-up funnels or sales funnels in our marketing automation platform.

The results so far have been that our conversion rates have risen in the last couple of years since switching to ON24.
