ON24 Connect provides a native connection to the Salesforce environment, enabling you to pass data to Salesforce, update leads and share Prospect Engagement Profile data. This integration requires: either Salesforce Enterprise Edition or Salesforce Professional Edition and ON24 API Keys.
Log into Salesforce with your Salesforce Enterprise Edition or Salesforce Professional Edition credentials. Using the installation URL provided for the ON24 Connector App, initiate the installation and follow the onscreen instructions.
To generate ON24 reports, you’ll need to map your lead fields. Search for “Lead” in the Quick Find box and select “Fields” under Leads. Scroll down to Lead Custom Fields & Relationships and select the “Map Lead Fields.” Click on Contact and select “Prospect Engagement Profile URL” field beside Lead’s “Prospect Engagement Profile URL” field and click Save.
Search for Lead in Quick Find box and select Page Layouts under Lead. Click on “Edit” corresponding to Page Layout. In Quick Find box type the “Prospect Engagement Profile URL.” Drag the field wherever you want to display it on page layout and click on save.
