Webinar marketing platform ON24 launched its Prospect Profile tool to help marketers prioritize leads and personalize interactions with customers. The feature allows sales teams to read a potential consumer’s digital body language before engaging so that the conversation can be tailored and most relevant.
The new platform is an extension of the analytics already available for ON24 Webcast Elite, the webinar marketing platform for business professionals.

The Prospect Profile is a virtual data card that consolidates the analytics collected across webinars, videos and documents. Marketing teams can then review relevant information on a single output page, complete with contact information and key data points. In addition, the platform calculates the overall engagement score of the lead as well as questions asked by the prospect in recent webinars, and answers them with resources or sales materials.
ON24 Prospect Profile is designed to integrate with most CRM and marketing platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft CRM, NetSuite, Eloqua, Marketo, Silverpop, ExactTarget and HubSpot.
