About Insight24
What is Insight24?
Insight24 is a business-to-business directory of webcasts, podcasts, videos, online demos and corporate videos. Insight24 provides timely, and relevant, information for day-to-day business and technology decisions. Insight24 is your single source for information, intelligence, and insight.
How do I register?
To become a registered user of Insight24, go to the Register/Login page. Enter your information and click on the "Register" button.
How do I confirm my email address?
After registering, check your email for a message from Insight24 and click on the link to complete the registration process.
Note: Check your spam folder to confirm that the email wasn't screened out.
Why is a cookie being placed on my computer?
Insight24 uses a cookie to remember you when you return to Insight24. If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to access certain portions of the Web Site.
The site is currently in beta. What does this mean?

When I click on an item, it says that I need RealPlayer. Why?
Insight24 supports Firefox and Internet Explorer browsers. For Firefox users, we automatically default to Real Player, while Internet Explorer users can select between Real or Windows Media Player during the registration process.

Why should I submit my content?
Insight24 enables companies to leverage existing rich media investments to reach new B2B audiences at no cost to the company.
How are you planning to attract viewers?
In addition to our marketing efforts, we are actively seeking syndication partners who can drive viewers to Insight24.
Is this a portal?
Portals are designed to be destination sites. In contrast, the content from Insight24 will be syndicated to and visible on other websites. The majority of the Insight24 audience will be viewers on our syndication partners' websites.
Do I need to be a client of ON24 to submit content?
Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date and relevant B2B rich media content. Insight24 is a "vendor agnostic" network and will publish relevant content regardless of the platform on which it was created.
What type of content can I submit?
Any B2B rich media content can be published on Insight24, including webcasts, podcasts, business videos, interactive demonstrations, audio slide shows and more. The only requirement is that each content item must be directly accessible from Insight24 without having viewers register a second time to access that content.
How do you categorize content?
Insight24 categorizes content into over 30 business and technology topic areas. Content providers may elect to specify up to 3 categories for each content item. Alternatively, they may choose to have Insight24 automatically determine the appropriate topic areas.
Is there a cost?
Any rich media content can be published at no cost.
Can I use my own registration form?
For the convenience of viewers, Insight24 provides a Global Registration process, which enables viewers to watch or listen to any Insight24 content item by simply registering once.
How do I submit content?
There are two easy ways for companies to submit content to Insight24:
- For content produced on the ON24 webcasting platform, such as customer webcasts and podcasts, a content provider can easily publish this content directly from ON24's webcasting platform.
- For third-party content, or content not created on ON24's webcasting platform, submit content at http://www.insight24.com/view/publish/index.html. Content providers can submit webcasts, podcasts, videos, and online demos one at a time or in groups, which will then be posted to the site.
What is RSS?
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is a method to syndicate website content. Using RSS, Insight24 provides a data feed that supplies titles, links, and summaries of newly added webcasts, podcasts, and other rich media content. Via RSS feeds, viewers will be proactively notified when updated rich media content is added to Insight24. Viewers can be notified when any content is added, or only for new content in specific categories.

What is the benefit to me?
With little effort, you can provide additional content for viewers at no cost. You don't have to worry about building a central repository to store and stream this content - which can be expensive and timely.
