Technical Solutions Manager

Qualified candidate will work on the delivery of custom projects for the ON24 Professional Services Solutions organization. You will provide support for internal and external customers, and ensure that all established targets/requirements are met. You will ensure that all projects are completed on schedule and otherwise operate under minimal supervision. Requires at least 5 years of technical web related experience working on projects from initiation through delivery. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to multi task. Will operate in a Matrix environment. Will be looked upon to provide thought leadership and posses the ability to think outside of the box.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates and implement projects from initiation through delivery.
• Responsible for implementing technical solutions such as custom application development.
• Ensures that projects remain on schedule.
• Ensures that projects are completed according to the defined plan and requirements set.
• Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks
• Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members
• Prepares reports on project progress and problems; recommends solutions
• Serves as liaison between ON24 and both internal and external clients in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met:
• Evaluates, develops and implements client solutions.
• Works with ON24 staff assigned to the project.
• Keeps appropriate people informed of project progress
• Disseminates information on any problems or potential delay

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or relevant industry experience.
• Requires at least 5-10 years of web related industry experience

• PC and various software application skills/knowledge:
• HTML/CSS
• Flash/Flex
• JavaScript
• Adobe Design Tools
• MS Project
• Knowledge of web server and streaming media technology.
• Ability to thrive under pressure
