Senior Manager, Client Services (EMEA)
JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Senior Manager, Client Services (Europe) is to lead and manage the operations of ON24's London based Professional Services team. The Sr. Manager manages a team of client-driven professionals and ensures timely project delivery against budget and strong performance against client services metrics. The Sr. Manager maintains strong relationships with other teams and departments including Sales, Finance, Platform Support, Production, Operations, and Marketing. The Sr. Manager manages complex client relationships and projects alongside senior marketing, technical, and executive staff.
Additional responsibilities include working directly with Sales to coordinate on sales opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzes and understands the key Professional Services metrics and applies appropriate management strategies with a focus on growth and scalability.
- Perform client-specific needs analysis and perform solutions consultancy expertise.
- Manage personnel activities of staff. Hires, trains, manages, and develops a team of highly motivated and ambitious professionals.Maximize on-going revenue by building strong relationships with customers, discussing their operational issues, and promoting Client Services.
- Ensure all Corporate and local policies are effectively communicated and adhered to.
- Provide client training of ON24's proprietary webcasting platform.
- Provide troubleshooting and explanations of webcasting functionality and usage to webcast attendees via the phone and email.
- Produce live and on-demand webcasts.
- Work directly with the Sales as a resource for both pre/post sales processes.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:
- Proven people management experience (5 + years experience required)
- Webcasting / streaming media and / or Enterprise ASP experience required. At least 5 years of experience with project management and multi-client interaction.
- Significant experience and demonstrated ability to create and manage processes in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Experience with audio and video production in studio and field environments would be helpful.
- Working knowledge of Satellite, Fiber, ISDN, and Teleconference signal acquisition methodologies
- A bachelor's degree (or MBA)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Consultative client relationship building and management skills.
- A solid understanding of live and on-demand streaming media technologies.
- Professional experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
- Highly developed organizational, planning, management and communication skills. The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, and the ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Ability to influence the organization and build strong relationships across organizations.

- Working knowledge of: HTML, dHTML, and JavaScript
