Solutions Specialist, (Part Time)

Qualified candidate will work on the delivery of custom technical deliverables for the ON24 Professional Services organization. Such deliverables include, but are not limited to, Flex/Flash application development, HTML/CSS development in relation to ON24's proprietary Virtual Event platform. You will ensure that all project deliverables are completed on schedule and will operate under the supervision of the Solutions Director. Requires at least 3 years of technical web related experience working on projects from initiation through delivery. Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to multi task.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement technical project deliverables from initiation through delivery.
• Ensures that project deliverables remain on schedule.
• Ensures that project deliverables are completed according to the defined plan and requirements set.
• Remains aware of any potential problems and works to mitigate any risks

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or relevant industry experience.
• Requires at least 3-6 years of web related industry experience

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Excellent time management, organization and decision making skills
• Analytical and able to resolve problems in a timely manner
• PC and various software application skills/knowledge:
  • HTML/CSS
  • Flash/Flex
  • JavaScript
  • Adobe Design Tools
• Knowledge of web server and streaming media technology.
• Ability to thrive under pressure
