Webcast System Requirements
To view a webcast, you must use a multimedia computer that meets
or exceeds the following minimum system requirements.
Windows
- 133 MHz (or higher) Intel Pentium processor
- 32 MB RAM
- Windows NT (SP 4, SP 5, or SP 6), Windows 98 1ed, Windows
98 SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000 (SP1)
- 16-bit sound card and speakers
- 65,000 color video display card
Macintosh
- 200 MHz (or higher) 604 PowerPC
- 32 MB RAM
- Macintosh OS 8.5 - 9.1
Sun Solaris
- Solaris 2.5 or 2.6 (24-bit color, SPARC only)
- Netscape Navigator 4.7x or later
- RealPlayer for Solaris

Streaming Audio/Video Player
A streaming audio/video player is a plug-in that must be installed
before you can view the webcast. We currently support following streaming
video/audio plug-ins:
RealNetworks Real Player (Macintosh and Solaris users can only view webcasts with Real Player)
You must specify which streaming audio/video player will be
used to view the webcast, before you can actually view the webcast.

Web Browser
Webcasts can be viewed with the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher in Windows
- Netscape 4.7x (version 6.0 has not been tested;
Macintosh users can only use Netscape 4.7)
You should determine the current version of your Internet Explorer
or Netscape browser before viewing the webcast.

Streaming Audio/Video Player

Microsoft Internet Explorer
To determine which Internet Explorer version is installed on
your computer, complete the following steps:
- Open the browser.
- Click the Help menu.
- Click About Internet Explorer. The Internet Explorer Help
screen opens, and displays version information. Webcasts can
be viewed with any Internet Explorer, version 5.0 or higher.
- Close the Internet Explorer Help screen.
You can download a newer version of Internet Explorer by clicking
the appropriate browser link on the Help screen.

download Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Netscape
To determine which Netscape version is installed on your computer,
complete the following steps:
- Open the browser.
- Click the Help menu.
- Click About Netscape (or About Communicator). The Netscape
Help screen opens, and displays version information. Webcasts
can be viewed with Netscape 4.7x (version 6.0 has
not been tested). It is recommended that Macintosh computers
use Netscape Communicator 4.7.
- Close the Netscape Help screen.
You can download a newer version of Netscape by clicking the
appropriate browser link on the Help screen.
